When she(stylist) attempted to call the woman working in that area over, the associate was quick to ignore us. She was already helping another woman, which is fine. However we were consistently ignored and even made to feel as if we weren't welcome by said associate. A heavy set older white woman, made my mother and I very uncomfortable with her "customer service". She made it a point to watch us everywhere we went, ignore us even though we were standing two feet from her and made us feel unwelcome. If Hispanics or people of color are not welcome at your establishment, then maybe your position in an area with such a vast diversity of people and cultures, should be reconsidered. Ultimately, everyone else there was lovely and helpful. However I will never return to an Ulta again, and I will take my business back to Sephora. My mother is olive skinned and didn't deserve to be treated as an outsider, ESPECIALLY on Mothers day. I will recommend everyone I know in the Lancaster area, to NEVER shop at this store. All have come within a timely manner and trackable! Great right? This review is for my latest order, Clark's Botanical Marine Cream. It was a FANTASTIC deal - buy 2 for almost the price of 1. How could I pass that up? Well, I couldn't. I opened up my QVC app & places that order. It came with free shipping & 4 easy payments. What? Cool! Flash forward one week later, there is a box for me from QVC Warehouse from Lancaster, PA. Opened it up to check out the Marine Cream. Bubble everywhere in the box. Very thoughtful. Got to the Cream, only to be shocked at the crack in the lid. Dang it! Again, jumped on the app & opened the option to CHAT. I got David. He acknowledged the issue, checked for a replacement. They were sold out. No problem! David refunded my payment. No fuss. For me, this tells you that QVC knows how to handle issues and make the customer happy. How else would they be in business this long. This incident shows me that QVC values their customers and their business. I will definitely be back to order more things!
