Communication was inconsistent, and when I tried to get clarity on things, I felt brushed off and not taken seriously. It didn't feel professional, and it definitely didn't feel respectful. What stood out to me the most is that this business presents itself as Christian owned. As someone who values that, I found it disappointing because the way this business is ran doesn't reflect those values at all. Faith should show in how people are treated - not just in what's advertised. I also didn't feel very comfortable during my interactions. The tone and attitude I experienced made the situation more stressful than it needed to be. I try not to leave negative reviews, but I think people should be cautious.
