My wife's cell phone screen had cracked during our recent visit to New York, and we needed to replace the screen. I did a search for local cell phone repair businesses near where we were staying (Upper West Side), but there was nothing listed on Yelp for this area. We took a walk around the neighborhood one early evening, and we stopped in one place that had a sign outside on the sidewalk, which said 'Cracked cell phones repaired in 20 minutes'. We went inside and asked the gentleman at the counter how much to fix the phone. First he said, "$60.00", and then he said, "$75.00, you can pick it up in the morning." We said, no thanks. Walking further, we saw another sign for cell phone repair, Lights of Broadway, and went inside. We were greeted warmly by two women, and the younger woman, Jessica, said she could replace the cracked screen for $60.00, in 30 minutes. She looked at the cell phone, and told us it looked like just the screen protector was cracked, and she'd replace it for $10.00. When she removed the screen protector, she saw that both the screen protector and the screen on the cell phone were cracked, which she showed us, and we authorized her to replace both. We highly recommend this business, the best for cell phone repair, and any other service and products they sell.

I read several reviews and based on what I found I gave a few company's a call; however only one could send someone out the next day which was today to fix my computer issue. When the tech arrived he explained to me that my router had flaked and he had one on his truck and immediately replaced it. I used to have WiFI that dropped now my TV Plays netflix without any issues and my laptop works fast. I would recommend The JMOR Connection if you have a computer problem.

I took my Samsung Galaxy Note to them. They did not have it in stock. Then I was told if I wanted them to order it, I had to pay for it up front. $45. They gave me a gift certificate (not filled out) and a receipt. That was on Jan. 5th. On Jan. 7th, they called to say it was in. 5 minutes later, they called back and said the made a mistake. I would have to wait a few more days. They never called. Three weeks went by. No call. So then I started calling the store in Wayne, NJ (Willowbrook Mall) where I paid for it. No answer... left a message on their machine. No call back. So three days later, I started calling them EVERY DAY and leaving a message. Never got a call back. No human ever answered the phone. So I called their corporate office. After a long hold time, I finally got to a human. Told him the whole story. He said he would notify the owner of that store and he was sure that he would get back to me within a few days. He even put me on hold and when he came back he said he had reached someone at the store and made them aware of the problem. He also said they STILL did not have the product for my tablet. Sounds to me like they never ordered it. So once again I waited. No call from anyone. So today, Feb. 16th, I took the receipt and the gift certificate back to the store and got my money back. No offer to make amends for their total mishandling of my order. Needless to say, I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and will not ever purchase another thing from that company.
