Most of the time, you'll walk into an at&t store to sit there for 30 minutes before you talk to someone. Not here. It's local, family owned and operated and gets what you need done. And if they can't do it, they don't "bull" their way into it or out of it. Accessories are expensive but I don't buy them there. That's how it is everywhere... any store. But the guys that work there are awesome. The store could use some cool displays and better interactive tech to engage customers.

The new NEX unit worked great for the first few days, but then I noticed a sporadic issue with the back-up camera integration. I called Auto Sound Specialists and despite being on vacation, John immediately ordered a replacement unit and 48 hours later actually came directly to my home to reinstall the new unit (who still makes house calls these days!). Additionally, while swapping out the defective unit, he also installed a new (better quality) back-up camera. Super impressed with the Auto Sound Specialists quality of service. I encountered an issue and they made it right (while they were on vacation and the store was closed). They really went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Anthony is very personable. If you let him, he'll talk for paragraphs about the inner workings of how phones work, and exactly how he plans to fix yours. He's passionate about giving people a fair price, and will explain to you exactly why it costs what it costs. He clearly puts his heart into this. While he specializes in Apple and Samsung, he was able to go out of his way to fix some Google Pixels for me and my dad, though he had to special-order some parts. My entire family has him as our go-to phone guy now. The phones are good-as-new, and he even throws in a screen protector for good measure. I'd give six stars if I could.

This company's service description is misleading. They advertise a service labeled…read more"uninstall/install TV" for $100, which reasonably implies that they will remove the TV from one location and reinstall it in another. However, when the technician arrived, he only unscrewed four bolts, placed the TV on the floor, and stated that installation was not included in the service. According to him, the service covers either uninstalling or installing -- not both. This is not what is communicated in the description and creates a false expectation for the customer. The wording clearly suggests a complete uninstall and reinstall service, not a partial task. This experience was frustrating and a waste of time. The service description should be corrected to accurately reflect what is actually included, so other customers are not misled.

Not only was the work done quickly and correctly, but I was treated professionally and given a fair price. Earlier in the day a different cell phone repair store tried to charge me significantly more and pressure me into an additional repair I did not need. I will certainly be returning to V&V wireless in the future for my cell phone repair needs.
