ONU has built some beautiful new campus buildings over the years but seem to have neglected upkeep and updates of the housing and food quality for students. Each move-in for our student has taken over an hour to clean the room-yet they expect the students to leave the rooms in spotless condition. The common areas of the lobby has furniture that looks similar to the same furniture that has been there for decades. ONU needs to invest in making sure these dorms for the heart of the school, the students, are looking just as updated as the outter appearance of the campus.

I felt unwanted but I stuck it out for my daughter. They provided information but when I asked questions, they seemed annoyed and put off. I asked about their record as far as competition and that's when the excuses started. It almost sounded like they blamed the parents and sometimes even the students. They went on and on about the older team but after some research and talking to other parents, that's the furthest from the truth. Not a way to do business if you ask me.
