If no work is needed, they share that information. Last year we did not have many fires and although the last fire ashes had not been cleaned up, Matt was quick to clean all areas but after camera check, he said no other work needed to be done. One year, another had given us a $5,000 bid to insert a liner, Lloyd came to clean and suggested fireproof bricks which solved the airflow problem. They are the best!
