I came here to celebrate my birthday and unfortunately, they fell short in every possible category. The layout is a major issue. We paid the $10 per person fee for the piano room, only to be squeezed in elbow-to-elbow with strangers. The tables are so tiny I literally had to eat out of my lap to avoid spilling food on my clothes. Even the basic facilities were a struggle; the women's bathroom was so cramped and unaccommodating that I could barely even sit down. When we asked to move to a more comfortable space, the hostess and waitress refused, citing nearby reservations. The kitchen and service were equally disappointing. After waiting over an hour for our entrees, the food arrived mediocre and tasteless. The steak had zero seasoning, and the mashed potatoes were dry and flavorless--essentially just a boiled potato thrown on a plate. The service was the final straw. When I tried to flag down a server to send the potatoes back, he told me he would "get her." When our waitress finally arrived, I explained the issue and she simply replied, "I know." No apology, no offer to bring something else, and no effort to make it right. To be met with that level of rudeness on my birthday was shocking. This was a complete waste of time and money--I won't be returning.

Our waiter was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for us the entire night. Consistently checking in, refilling waters, removing plates, etc. The ceviche was some of the best I've had on the island so far. The fish was fresh and juicy, and the mango was the perfect touch. Each entree that we ordered was nearly licked cleaned from how good it was. Our favorites of the night were the lobster ravioli and ribs. We each had dessert as well, the chocolate cake and crème brûlée was perfect! I can't recommend this place more! It has been of our favorite places in Puerto Rico so far.

This place is amazing!…read more Fantastic cocktails, food and music! You really cant go wrong...we had a bottle of wine, espresso martini and a dirty martini all on point! To start we had the mussels in a chowder like broth and spinach salad with blueberries and more...both fantastic. For entrees we had the linguini with chicken in a garlic oil broth, the lobster and shrimp ravioli, the spinach ravioli in a pesto sauce and the tuna...all fantastic. The moment we got there the server made us feel at home and the waiter was on point too. The vibe is old school jazz bar...just phenomenal food and everything...in NYC would have been a $100 cover plus dinner and drinks.

We visited on Thursday evening, with a party of six, and it was a nice experience. It was dueling…read morepianos and karaoke night, so the place was packed. Very loud and festive atmosphere. Initially we were seated in the back, as all the tables were taken, and drink orders were made. We moved to a table after the first round of drinks. The drinks were well crafted and strong. The only issue on this visit was the length of time it took to get drinks. Literally up to 30 mins for a glass of wine. The servers were very friendly and helpful and, other than the waits, it was an excellent establishment.
