They installed new sod then killed it after they came a few weeks later and sprayed for weeds. They noted that the backyard sod that they installed had a lot of weeds and the spray killed all the weeds, leaving barely any grass. J&R initially offered a refund for the grass pallets or to re-do for free. We requested a refund and now the owner says he never agreed to a refund. Zero integrity. Nothing but lies and shoddy service. Will have to pay again to have it done properly by a competent professional landscaper. I also included the text I sent today to see what was going to happen next. His response was to leave the chat. How's that for great customer service? Avoid like the plague.

He quoted me a price to clean up our commercial property and now I am having to hire someone else to clean up his mess. He left the property in a total disaster. He left all the tree limb in the parking lot and threw them over to the neighbors property. He tried to tell me his mower "broke" yet when I received pictures it was clear he used an edger to mow. Then he tried to tell me that he used his blower and that all the clippings would not come up. A total lie. You could not even see the sidewalks they were covered with clippings. He shoved limbs through the neighbor's fence and tried to hide them behind our AC unit. There is no way he has 5 stars. He must have wrote the other reviews himself. AGAIN, DO NOT HIRE JIREH TREE & LANDSCAPING. Jesus Gomez is a total scammer. He said he required half payment up front and then when I asked for completion photos, he ghosted me.

He gave me a pre-printed price list and showed me what each step would cost. He also explained that the holes in the flex ducts were small enough to patch rather than having to be replaced. I attempted to get 2 more quotes, however the first company wanted to charge me $90.00 just to have their tec come out to make the quote. The second company sent someone out, but he would not give me a quote until I got an inspection. That was going to cost $280.00. Of course I called Pinkertons and we set a date for him to come and do the work. He and his helper showed up on time, did the work in a timely manner and told me the worh was guaranteed for a year. I asked if his company provided other services, and we discussed some other items I had on my to do list. I will hire them again an highly recommend them.
