I contacted the office three times and got absolutely nowhere with getting them to escalate this issue of getting a pre-authorization. I was in a lot of pain and I really needed to get this done. I've taken both my daughter and son to see them and both times they were so helpful, informative, had a wonderful bedside manner, and most importantly skilled at what they do! They also have an amazing office staff, friendly and accommodating, not so common these days in medical practices in my experience.
