I have been told there is a limit to capital one deposit by the white male who works the afternoons. He won't even try to scan my barcode! I asked to speak to the manager and she made up a story of how since I came in earlier to deposit onto my cashapp card I cannot deposit anymore money for the day. I asked where is that policy and she could not show me, I also asked to speak to another manager and both of them walked away and never returned. This is racism and discrimination!! It's been 2 weeks that I've been trying to get a prescription filled. I used the online form to transfer 2 prescriptions out here. I had planned on using the branch inside Target but the one on Oak Street claimed they could get them faster. So, I had them transferred there. First I was told it would take 2-3 days. Then I couldn't get through/out of the phone tree...for 2 days! It would say that I needed to talk to the pharmacist but wouldn't let me connect. Finally, I go into the store and they have 1ready. Ok, well at least we're getting somewhere. So, I ask when #2 will be ready, they say Monday. But then I notice on Saturday it says I have to call the pharmacy to fill. So I call and the guy says they'll order it for Monday. Monday... No. Tuesday... No. Wednesday... No. And Thursday isn't looking very promising either. But no one can tell me if/where there is another CVS where I can get it or when they'll have it. I asked at another nearby chain pharmacy and they have it in stock (and apparently have no issues getting it) but it's almost $50 more. Sigh.

My account was never recovered, so we stopped going and switched to Costco and the Sam's Club in Little Rock. After almost a year, we finally returned to the Conway location. While scanning our items, the store's main manager, Kevin, recognized us. He mentioned he hadn't seen us in a while and asked what had happened. He even remembered our account issue! After explaining everything, he sincerely apologized, said he'd look into it, and comped our membership for a year! That's leadership and customer service! Now I can come back every weekend.

One would think CVS corporate would have amended the pharmacy hours on its website. The other pharmacist said that there is on person coming in on modified weekday hours only. The other CVS location said they could NOT fill my prescription because in CVS's system it showed in progress at the store that is closed all weekend. I'm out of a critical med and can't get it filled. I'll have to look into legal implications, CVS should be punished. For the record, this review isn't intended to reflect poorly on the employees at the pharmacy. I believe they were dealt a rotten hand by CVS corporate. My experience with the employees when they have any has been great. The employee turnover at this location has been tremendous. Clearly this is an indication of something more systemically afoul.
