I have been told there is a limit to capital one deposit by the white male who works the afternoons. He won't even try to scan my barcode! I asked to speak to the manager and she made up a story of how since I came in earlier to deposit onto my cashapp card I cannot deposit anymore money for the day. I asked where is that policy and she could not show me, I also asked to speak to another manager and both of them walked away and never returned. This is racism and discrimination!! I was trying to see if I could get a prescription filled here. First off, I couldn't even get into…read morethe parking lot because of all the cars in line for the drive-thru. Really? People can't make room for cars trying to park? After waiting for several minutes, during which time none of the cars in line would let us through, we gave up and returned about an hour later (and that time used a different entrance so we wouldn't have to deal with the drive-thru idiots). We park and head into the store, empty prescription bottle (from an out of state pharmacy in hand). The line for the pharmacy weaved through several aisles! A lady from the front register area came up to us and said that we aren't allowed to bring a prescription bottle into the store!!??! Then she said it would be over an hour wait just to get up to the counter! For the hell of it, I went to a gentleman in line near the front and asked him how long he had been waiting - he said almost an hour and a half -- just to drop off a prescription for his wife who needed to pick it up the next day. We left and have tried 3 more times over the past week with similar results. Doesn't seem to matter what day or time we go, there's always a huge, slow-moving line for the pharmacy.

My account was never recovered, so we stopped going and switched to Costco and the Sam's Club in Little Rock. After almost a year, we finally returned to the Conway location. While scanning our items, the store's main manager, Kevin, recognized us. He mentioned he hadn't seen us in a while and asked what had happened. He even remembered our account issue! After explaining everything, he sincerely apologized, said he'd look into it, and comped our membership for a year! That's leadership and customer service! Now I can come back every weekend.

One would think CVS corporate would have amended the pharmacy hours on its website. The other pharmacist said that there is on person coming in on modified weekday hours only. The other CVS location said they could NOT fill my prescription because in CVS's system it showed in progress at the store that is closed all weekend. I'm out of a critical med and can't get it filled. I'll have to look into legal implications, CVS should be punished. For the record, this review isn't intended to reflect poorly on the employees at the pharmacy. I believe they were dealt a rotten hand by CVS corporate. My experience with the employees when they have any has been great. The employee turnover at this location has been tremendous. Clearly this is an indication of something more systemically afoul.
