Three times in a row now we've gone in for tire service and had either cross threaded lugs or…read morebroken studs. I'm not sure what ape they have back there cranking down the lugs to 400psi or what Nascar pitboy wanna-be who doesn't know how to start the lug with his hand, but they clearly don't care. Sure they'll pay to have it fixed, but Id rather not have to spend 1-3 days having work done on a vehicle every time I go in with a flat or rotation. Unprofessional, untrained. A copy paste reply isn't going to help, you had more than 3 chances to get the issue straightened out with your employees and management. I will not be back regardless. This is a bad business.

Decided to get another opinion and thankfully took it to Freyaldenhoven auto. Brought it in at 8am and by 10am had a quote to fix the issue for under $150 parts and labor. Car was fixed and back at my house that afternoon. I have 5 autos and 3 of them for teenagers, every time I've needed work done they've always taken care of me and I know it's for the right price. Would recommend them to anyone who asks.

My 2025 2500HD black truck, with less than 2,000 miles on it, had never been through a car…read morewash--until this incident. I took it through their wash, and it ended up with severe scratches. The pictures don't even do it justice. After exiting, I went to vacuum my truck and immediately noticed the damage. I called for a manager right away. When he arrived, he took a few photos and even admitted, "Yes, it did scratch your truck, and you can see the marks." I was told I'd get a call by Monday or Tuesday, but no one reached out--I had to follow up on Thursday. When I finally spoke with the manager, he backtracked, saying the pictures didn't look like damage caused by their car wash. I'm not asking for a full repaint--just for the scratches to be removed. But I already know that won't happen. Avoid this place at all costs! It even looks like someone else had their car scratched--I saw their pictures too.

AAA sent out Jim Smith Wrecker Service to assist me this evening after receiving a flat on I-40E…read morejust outside of Conway on a cross country trip. AJ literally arrived about 20 minutes or less after the dispatch request was made. It wasn't just me, but also my kids and pets, so I felt a bit stressed trying to figure out how to handle everything. Unfortunately all tire shops were closing in 5 minutes so it would require an overnight stay. AJ went above and beyond with kindness. He dropped us at a local hotel and my car at Discount Tire. (So glad this all happened only a mile away from an exit with everything needed to make this easier!) He didn't only do his job but recognized my need for someone to show they understand being human and helping them be seen when life happens. I will never forget his amazing kindness to turn a stressful situation into something so much more manageable! Thank you for making my life a little less stressful!

I was stranded on I-40 by the Dave Ward exit with a flat tire. I couldn't get one of the lugs off…read moreand thought it needed a lug nut key. I didn't want a tow to Little Rock from there and so we ended the call. Minutes later I get a call from an employee that said he was on his way to help. Turns out that I didn't need a key, but the the threads we stripped. Mike didn't charge me anything even though I got his out of his house at 8:00 PM. I would trust these guys every single time!
