So, what makes Michelle great at her job and stand out above the rest, she is a creative problem solver. She didn't just point me in the direction of the insoles, which there is a small wall full. The insoles were not cushiony, I really thought it was going to be a bust before Michelle came to save the day. I didn't need hard supportive insoles, I needed as she put it, to take up space. This also added cushion, which is what I wanted. I should add she remembered both my wife and I, and my wife's very unique shoes.... That's impressive. My shoes felt great and no longer slipped in the back. I will come back for any issues with fit, only because of Michelle.
