A ONCE GREAT EXPERIENCE TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE!…read more I originally had a great experience with this dealership and was very happy with my first purchase. Unfortunately, my second experience has been nothing short of a disaster, and I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. I traded in my first vehicle purchased through them and was sold a vehicle that has turned out to be a total lemon. It has had nothing but issues since I got it, and the dealership's lack of transparency and accountability worsened the situation. I called them for inspections and repairs while the vehicle was still under the Lemon law, and they drug their feet until it was no longer valid. I wasn't informed that the cost of paying off my trade-in would be added to my loan initially, leaving me in a position where the loan is worth far more than the car itself. This has made it impossible for me to secure further loans or get a decent rate on another vehicle. Things got even worse when I tried to trade in the vehicle to get out of this mess. I was shocked to learn that, within minutes, they ran six hard inquiries on my credit in an attempt to approve me for a luxury car I did not want, did not ask for, and certainly could not afford. The vehicle had higher mileage than the one I was trying to trade in, and the monthly payments were hundreds of dollars more, making the payment over 1K a month... more than my house payment. As a result, my credit score has been severely impacted, making it even harder for me to get a reasonable deal elsewhere. I was thankful I purchased an extended warranty through their dealership before things went entirely south, allowing me to take the car into THEIR DEALERSHIP for repairs. However, they still need to fix the issue after paying the deductible. I had no choice but to take it to another dealership in a different city, but now my vehicle is being held hostage there for a claims adjustor to inspect it, leaving me stranded for up to 48 hours in addition to the eight hours it has already been there, and however long it takes for repairs-- so probably 4-7 days. What's worse, I'm not even being offered a rental car. The rental reimbursement only covers $35 for every six hours the vehicle is being repaired, not while it's being held for inspection, which is mandatory, or my claim will be dismissed and stricken. In short, I went from being a satisfied customer to feeling completely trapped by this dealership's unethical sales practices. They tricked me into taking out a loan worth far more than the vehicle was worth, and now I'm stuck with a lemon. The experience has been frustrating and disheartening, and I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. They've proven that used car salespeople have a bad reputation for a reason. Run while you can.

Kristina Langford"s change of attitude was disappointing. I wasn't as cautious as I normally am because she was friendly and likeable. I wish I had negotiated a lower price so then when we were told we had to pay $400 for a second key we wouldn't have felt so cheated. It is a nice vehicle and we are glad we have it. This is a little lengthy but is the experience we just went through with their service department…read more Took our 2024 Chevy Equinox in because the engine light was on. This was on 10.7.24 and at 7:30 in the morning, so first thing on a Monday. Guy immediately goes out and sticks that reader thing underneath to get the error code. Doesn't tell me what it is, he probably didn't know because he's just an advisor, but I was fine with that because I figured they'd have to keep it to diagnose and get parts. The car is under warranty so I figured it would be taken care of. We call later that same day to check for an update with the situation because we've heard nothing from them. They tell my wife it's an easy fix and will be done by end of the day and they'd call when it was ready. That call never comes so I call and they tell me it's a switch they need to replace but they'd had to order it and would be in and repaired on Tuesday which is fine because we'd planned on that in the first place. Tuesday comes and I just have a bad feeling how this entire thing is starting to unfold because of their lack of communication with us, so I drive out to the dealership to talk to someone face to face. I get there and a different service advisor tells me that my service advisor had gone home for the day but was supposed to have called me and updated me on the status of the vehicle. Of course that didn't happen because it seems everyone in there is either incompetent or they just don't give a shit about their customers. It's actually a combination of the two I'd find out later. The service advisor that is there tells me that the parts department ordered the wrong part and that they had to reorder the correct part but wouldn't be in until Wednesday. Wednesday the "supposed correct part" comes in and gets installed. We never receive a call letting us know it's done. The wife calls on her lunch hour and the person she spoke with said it was done and to give them 10 minutes to get it ready for her. She goes in on her lunch hour and gets the car. They hand her the FOB and said: "it's good to go!" She asked for paperwork showing what work was done and they told her they'd sent it off to whoever they send warranty work to. Now I know most reputable businesses give some type of paperwork as proof of work that's been completed, that didn't happen here. Wife drives maybe 15 miles at the most after leaving the service department and lo and behold our little friend the check engine light comes back on. I'd venture to bet they never touched the vehicle and did absolutely nothing for two days. We called and got several excuses, the wife would call and get 1 excuse and I'd call and get a totally different story. Long story short: DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIRS. It's a shame too because this used to be a decent place to do business but not any longer. Now the place has very little vehicles on the lot for sale or for repairs and that's a reflection of leadership. These folks could give 2 you know whats about you or your vehicle. I'm sure Berkshire Hathaway is kicking themselves for investing in this armpit of a dealership. Josh S. - Don't waste your breath with a response or someone's email address to contact.
