Don't even get me started on the SLIMY chicken. The chow mein doesn't have any noodles... it's just soggy bean sprouts. It's 100% bean sprouts, 0% noodles. I asked them why the Chow Mein was just bean sprouts without noodles? They explained it was a "Traditional Cantonese style of making Chow Mein" That's weird, because when I went to a Cantonese restaurant in Hong Kong - I ate at Cantonese restaurants that put bean sprouts AND noodles in their chow mein, it was BOTH, not just bean sprouts. We ordered 1 lunch special, 1 order of orange chicken, and an extra serving of chow mein and fried rice. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE for a 80$ lunch between 2 people. Way too expensive to be serving such dog shit quality food. I hate that it says "Authentic Chinese" I grew up in Vancouver with Chinese friends and family, I dated a Chinese girl for 4 years. I've easily had over 10,000 Chinese meals at friends/girlfriends houses, during Lunar New Year, in Vancouver, in Hong Kong, in different places all over the world, and I've never had Chinese food this bad, or this wrong in my entire life. This is not a Chinese restaurant this is Monctonese at best. Owners - PLEASE follow the advice I gave at the top of my review so you can flip your business around, because the only people who think your restaurant is good, are people who grew up in Moncton, never had Chinese food and have nothing to compare it to.
