We didn't expect to hear back until the work week but received a call soon after we left a message. He guided us through disassembling a faucet on our sailboat in order to see the correct cartridge needed to repair the leaky faucet. His help was exceptional and much appreciated. We received our part one week later as we live in MD. Brian took it one step further and spoke to the distributor regarding the polished chrome control lever that we inadvertently scratched in the process of repair.
