This last review is shocking since there is no evidence of anything that this man speaks about. I have always receive the best respect and kindness from the staff and doctors. They are NOT abused or manipulated. In fact there have never been a dentist ever fired from this office. The only dentist that left this office was Dr Wan who left a couple of years ago to move to the states to marry her man in Florida. She was a great dentist too. One appointment was rescheduled because our son was born premature and was in the NICU in Abbotsford and we were spending a ton of time at the hospital with a baby who was weeks upon weeks early and needed all hands on deck. We rescheduled our appointment and they (dental office) rescheduled on us and changed the dates, time etc, we accommodated their requests, and unfortunately on the day and time of their rebooking our daughter got Covid. I asked the office to reschedule the appointment and they never called, never emailed, never responded. I left voicemails, emailed twice and no response. Very poor customer service. I called today to book another appointment and they said we will no longer be booking appointments for our daughter and plan on sending us a fine for missed appointments. So this dental office would have preferred we leave our son in the NICU to make an appointment? This dental office would have preferred our daughter bring Covid to your office? We could have but we did the respectable thing and didn't bring Covid to your office. You're welcome :). So instead of being a respectable organization and dental office and understanding life challenges they put their needs ahead of others.
