Our little one LOVES coming to school- she squeals in excitement when we pull up, and rushes to the door to see Ms. Karen and Mr. Paul in the morning. She giggles and is so proud of herself in the afternoon waving goodbye to Ms. Serenity and her teachers, with her little "bye bye". Ms. Sheila and Ms. Tamilla in the infant room take such amazing care of her, that most days she doesn't want to come home! She absolutely loves being at school with her teachers and friends, and that says SO much about the staff and their dedication to the children. We can't imagine a better place to take care of our little girl as she grows up. We have gotten so many compliments on how well socialized she is- and we credit LKLC and their amazing team every time. We couldn't have been on this journey without you! THANK YOU is not nearly enough, but we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all you do not just for our little girl, but for all the children in your care.

We are so fortunate to have found them years ago by neighborhood recommendation. We have personally referred several others. Miss Kim and her staff are absolutely wonderful! My children have gone through almost every room in the facility and each one has been exceptional. The staff has been consistent throughout our time there which says a LOT. There is very little turn over keeping the learning environment for the children a top priority. Most daycare facilities cannot say the same. One of our children had some significant health issues at one point and the center was on top of it. Another has an anaphylactic allergy and I never worry about his allergy. My children's education and emotional well-being has always been approached with respect, care, and an enormous amount of experience. This week we will be ending our daycare journey as we are aging into kindergarten with our youngest. I've teared up several times already. It will be bittersweet leaving our children's home away from home. 10/5 stars. Cannot recommend enough.

I expressed my concerns and felt as if i received the same results as Kurt C. I have since been in contact with schools that function like a proper Montessori school. The curriculum and staff are entirely different from this location, they are involved and successful with the children, unlike this location. Looking back I cannot believe I put my child in the care of the staff at Montessori of Woodridge. I have to say I felt they were understaffed as well. Every location my children have been to is far different in the overall function of routine. My daughter is receptive to the schools curriculum and staff. Again looking back I can see how unhappy she was at the Woodridge location. Anyone reading this should really take these opinions to thought and make sure the school you put your child in is honest and upholds their integrity to heart for the sake of the children that attend.

Following that incident, phone calls at last minute announcing daycare closure in infant room for the day due to staffing shortages were received. Finally, this past week, a worker in the infant room did not feed our children their afternoon bottles. The last straw was this past week when deep thumb and finger bruises were found on our 6 mo old child's leg. After calls were made to the Kindercare center, other professionals had to be involved. Both the pediatrician and DCFS stated it was due to adult female grabbing his leg and dragging him on floor. A police report was filed.

I got an email saying to email someone at the school. I did and we echanged emails back and forth to align to a time to meet. When we arrived, my disappointment started. Unfortunately, the assistant director who gave us the tour (as well as most of the staff members) were very sloppily dressed (oversized jeans, hoodie, nose ring.) First impressions are everything and I couldn't shake this. We toured the rooms and got the run down of the way things work there. I didn't like the facility at all - it was old, kind of dingy and the "rooms" are actually two rooms combined into one with a half wall between them which must make it legal. So, the two infant rooms are actually one room with a divider wall. To me, it was too germy. Also, one of the teachers smelled so badly like smoke and I couldn't imagine her holding our child smelling like that. In general, this place needs polish - both in the facility and with the staff. I am sure they are caring and loving teachers but first impressions matter especially to a picky first time parent who is looking to spend nearly $1500 a month on daycare. Cost wise, they were only $2 less a day (for the infant room) than the daycare we choose which is brand new, clean and bright.
