The apartment offer great amenities one being basic cable in which a small fee is included in your rent and you can not opt out and have the amount deducted from the utility part (which includes water, alarm etc.) of the rent. If/when there is an increase in the Comcast agreement your rent will have a slight increase. The positive is you do receive some free equipment from Comcast and a discount on your bill. Temporary repairs haven't solved the problem, and no alternatives have been offered, such as moving to another unit. This has been especially difficult since my daughter has a disability and reliable air is essential for her comfort. My electric bill has also gone up due to the system running inefficiently. I truly hope management provides a permanent solution instead of temporary fixes.

This Is a Money Grab Property " I stayed there for 16 months yes I know the property seems attractive when the lease starts off at $1000 a month but the fees are roughly about $250 which equals 1250 single one bedroom apartment. They don't take an account of the environment or the people that live around you and they house anyone and I do mean anyone above you and around you unprofessional neighbors up all night more so like section 8 property . After my lease, was up , The leasing manager not the property manager, but the leasing manager does not properly explain all of your options. My rent went from 1250 to 1370 to 1900 on a one bedroom. They don't take deposits they deal with something called a Gatour so it's like you're paying a deposit but your money is nonrefundable when the lease is up You don't get anything. You find yourself still paying them after you've moved onto another property or house this month I had to pay them $330 and I'm already in a new lease with another property. I'll probably have to pay them another $330 next month because of miscellaneous charges this is a money grab don't let the cheap Rent fool you and please make sure you give them a 60 day notice two months before it's time to vacate. This is just my horrifying story about this property and if you notice, I stated the leasing manager not the property manager. The property manager is professional, nice and sweet, but she has people working under her that don't understand what they're doing or they just don't give a care it's not their money is yours DON'T MOVE HERE save yourself some trouble.

With the current management, I have only consistently interacted with one person (Gabby), and she has been very dismissive. My experience: The apartment was not move‑in ready. They could have easily given me a ready to move-in apartment but chose not to despite being informed of availability if the current one did not meet my liking. - Dirty and partially painted walls in some areas - Toilet flushometer not working in one bedroom - Window blinds missing the adjustment stick and a hole in the net - Kitchen garbage disposal not working - Balcony door did not lock securely - Kitchen cabinet hinges and handles are poorly installed and loose - Water fixtures like hose bibs are poorly installed in both bedroom bathroom - A big whole approx. 7 inches in diameter under the kitchen sink - No trash can provided, despite being charged valet trash fees - Dishwasher not working - Floor vibrates and shakes when the HVAC unit is turned on (both cooling and heating) (The last three issues are still unresolved as of this post. Several maintenance tickets were submitted before the dishwasher was finally addressed, yet it remains unresolved.) Despite all these issues, I had no choice but to take the apartment because I was relocating from Texas and was out of state. I gave management two months to fix everything before I returned. Those two months I continued to pay rent for an apartment with no furniture moved in. When I came back after those two months, nothing had been fixed.
