That is when I learned about nw preferred. Needless to say I have been here ever since. I have read some posts about this and that about the place that weren't very nice but let me tell you that I have NEVER had any trouble with any of my banking. The people are all very friendly and helpful and I have never seen any of them be anything but professional. Thank you to all the employees of my bank and don't ever go away.

The way I have been treated by this branch manager and their employees is the worst I have ever been treated by any bank to date, and they have treated my grandmothers death as a joke. This branches customer service is alarmingly awful, they all need new training or replacements immediately. I truly hope the next person that comes in with a situation similar to mine, doesn't have to deal with the emotional games and stress toll that they did to me. Something no family should ever have to go through. Do Better.

This bank has customer service all wrong. I have banked at a few places, but my husband was adding…read moreme to his account at chase since we were leaving another bank and we called ahead to see what kind of ID I needed. The same man that answered the phone was at the counter and a lady that asked if we could be helped said we would need to come back and make an appointment since they were sending a teller home. Then when I said we called and that would have been nice to know the man then made a side comment of "well they didn't tell me they were coming down". We live in a small town, if I'm calling to ask, please infer that I am coming down and warn us that if we are we need to make an appointment for such a thing.... The man then went on to be snappy with the lady helping us as she was clearly trying to ask if someone could stay and help us and he barked at her "someone HAS TO go home!!" Ummm...... Really? In front of us? How rude to blame us for not stating "we are coming down now" and how rude to snap at an employee in front of us. Bad form, sir. I've just started a campaign with my husband to change banks, because your bank certainly isn't for me!
