When my account went in the hole, because of this charge, they would be reporting me to the checks system if I didn't bring up my balance. I wondered how this would work since I had the "membership fee" of $5 in the savings account. My best advise : PAPER STATEMENTS. No more wishy-washy explanations about why this transaction went thru on this day but SOMEHOW ended up "finalizing" AFTER you expected-- and now u have overdraft charges. Again. That is when I learned about nw preferred. Needless to say I have been here ever since. I have read some posts about this and that about the place that weren't very nice but let me tell you that I have NEVER had any trouble with any of my banking. The way I have been treated by this branch manager and their employees is the worst I have ever been treated by any bank to date, and they have treated my grandmothers death as a joke. This branches customer service is alarmingly awful, they all need new training or replacements immediately. I truly hope the next person that comes in with a situation similar to mine, doesn't have to deal with the emotional games and stress toll that they did to me.
