Honest Experience…read more We've been coming here for some time now, and unfortunately, I've noticed that the doctor's attention to detail and thoroughness just aren't where I'd expect them to be, especially when it comes to my children's dental care. For example, the doctor frequently reminds my kids about the importance of brushing their teeth, but during their own cleaning, I noticed that their teeth were brushed for maybe 5-10 seconds. That really concerned me because I expect a professional cleaning to be much more thorough than what we experienced. The office itself is very welcoming and kid-friendly, which is one of the reasons I continued coming back. (Which is why I gave a couple stars) However, at this point, I would rather take my children somewhere that prioritizes a more detailed and thorough cleaning. Unfortunately, we will not be returning, and based on our experience, I've also shared my concerns with family and friends. I truly hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their level of care.

Scheduling routine dental cleanings has always been easy and convenient. We decided to keep both children with the practice for orthodontics as well, thinking it would simplify appointments. However, we weren't aware that the orthodontist has limited office days and hours, which has made rescheduling appointments more challenging than expected. Had we known this upfront, we may have considered other options. That said, Dr. Wong has been wonderful and we're very happy with the care he provides. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. The only concern we've had is that the orthodontic assistant who sees my daughter has made her feel somewhat uncomfortable during the last few visits, possibly due to frustration over recurring broken brackets. Overall, we've had a good experience, and Dr. Wong has been a big reason why we've continued our orthodontic care here.

After the surgery, I was horrified to see that no one bothered to clean the blood from my daughter's mouth--her mouth was left full of blood. This is basic care and should never be ignored, especially when treating a child. This experience was distressing, careless, and completely unacceptable. The excessive waiting time, lack of professionalism, and poor post-surgery care show a serious lack of respect for patients and families. I strongly do not recommend this place. If anyone considers going there, do not assume they will do what they say--double-check everything, because we deeply regret trusting them.
