I paid for an hour massage, and I got a full hour massage. Monica was very professional, and very good at what she does. I asked for a medium massage, and that's what I got. A little bit firm in a couple of spots, but not too much so. Even when she was a bit firm, it still felt great. She was able to straddle the line between medium and overly firm very well. She was very friendly, and listened very well to my requests. I left feeling great. Office staff was rude and did not care that they had inconvenience me and charged me money for something I did not receive again. Update. After I called the office on my way to my massage appointment, they offered to reschedule after I told him I did not see their message and was now stuck in road construction. So that was a bonus. Also, I received a call from the office manager the day after I wrote this review. Office mgr told me that they had in fact credited my credit card the $70 they owed me. The thing is no one told me that and I was simply told I had used up all my credit. The office manager wanted to talk to me so I explained to her the problem. I also told her I was super busy and in the middle of loading up the truck for a dump run. It took three tries to get her off the phone after I told her I couldn't talk right now and then she wanted to call me back to talk about it more. I'm not quite sure why. It wasn't fun, but I did try it. Right away I felt terrible, so I emailed her. She told me this was normal and it would get better. The acupuncture was helping it but when I didn't see her my digestion went back to bad. After this I stopped seeing her as she went on leave. Unfortunately I followed this advice for years, thinking it would "fix me." I have since then learned this was terrible advice, as I have IBS. When I tired to each Paleo, I removed all of the grains from my diet and then added a lot of inflammatory vegetables. This was NOT the correct diet for me. I am now on the Low FOD-MAP diet and am better than I have been in years! Let me be clear acupuncturist ARE NOT DIETITIANS. DO not follow her diet advice. I did email Aria in the past year and ask why she would give me this advice. She did not take responsibility for giving me the wrong advice. I found her response very disappointing.
