After dealing with police, the other driver's, insurance, etc it became time to call a tow truck for my vehicle. When I contacted H&H I explained my situation that I had been involved in an accident and was in need of a tow. With an audible sigh, the female that answered the phone asked me where I was located. After telling her, she replied, "like I know where that is. What is the address?!" I explained again that I had been in an accident and I wasn't sure the address but was at a major name car dealer in the area on a main street. She again replied rudely, "I need to know where you are if you expect my help!" I in turn asked her if I was bothering her or if this wasn't the normal function of her job. She slowly stammered that she just needs to know where I am. I politely ended the call by telling her I would call another company. In short, do better! Most people aren't calling for a tow for fun, usually something unpleasant has occurred to result in needing that service. So to be treated inconsiderately and rudely is uncalled for.

The gas prices are about average and sometimes a little bit more than average possibly because of the location. It is a very convenient location though.

Anyways, the inside of the store is very clean and modern, and carries a wide variety of products. Lots of pop and cold drinks, snacks, and candy. There is a full coffee bar as well.

However, I tried continuing to talk to him so I could buy gas inside for a specific amount. He ignored me. Heading back to my car, he turned off all the lights for the facility making it difficult to see, and he banged very loudly on the glass door at me. I left the store at 10:58pm. Online it says it's open 24/7. I felt like I was unfairly denied service, and then intimidated as I left.

Place smells like somebody smoking. When she finally does come out, she is always extremely rude and Berates and belittles customer.. Manager or not she has no right to talk to customers that way. I'm a paying customer. Or was I should say WAS. Place is a total shit hole and never has any maintenance done. Signs look like they're falling off the building. Place is just as disaster. Manager should be kicked to the curb and place should be leveled.
