Anyways, the inside of the store is very clean and modern, and carries a wide variety of products. Lots of pop and cold drinks, snacks, and candy. There is a full coffee bar as well.

I went up to the door but noticed it was locked and there was a little sign (about the size of my hand) that said the pumps were now closing at 10 on Sundays. I waved to the worker inside so I could get some help clearing out the pumps that already took my credit card and we're now just waiting for someone to pump gas. The worked just yelled NO at me. I tried to explain through the door that I just needed help canceling my transactions so someone else didn't use my card once they opened but he just kept yelling no at me. He finally walked over the door without opening it to yell at me that they were closed. I said I know that now and I just need to cancel my transactions. He just yelled no again I finally just gave up and left. Hopefully they cancel out themselves over night I guess. There was no way to know they were closed from the street or from the pumps. Everything was lit up including the inside of the store. No closed sign on the door or the pumps. Not only did this guy watch me struggling and not let me know what was going on but acted actively mad at me for being there when they were closed even though there is no way I could've known. I wasn't begging him to give me gas after closing or something, I just wanted to cancel my transactions.. but he just yelled at me for no reason and made me feel like I did something wrong. Bad end to a long and stressful day.

Did you know you're money isn't really a donation to Children's Miracle Network? It's actually a donation to Speedway's bottom line - they write off your donation. And they have a photo of the kid they "sponsor"...the photo hasn't changed in years, I'd be hard pressed to believe he's still a kid. Lastly, and perhaps more importantly, this is one of the most expensive gas stations in the area. If you go south east, you'd be better off getting a Sam's membership and buying there. Southwest, the Admiral station at MLK and Grand River. North? Go to the Speedway or Murphy's in St. Johns. I easily save at least $5 every fill up just by not filling up here.

The best part is that if I called them with four or more cars to tow they would send every available truck out to ensure nobody could escape after spotting the truck hooking up the first car. The trick is to pass through the lot while discreetly writing down plate numbers and vehicle descriptions, then call Parking Enforcement from a stealth location, then time their ETA just right with that of the wreckers. If done correctly the cars are hoisted the second the ticket hits the windshield. To those that think this is underhanded, that is what you get for your own underhandedness of parking illegally.

When I contacted H&H I explained my situation that I had been involved in an accident and was in need of a tow. With an audible sigh, the female that answered the phone asked me where I was located. After telling her, she replied, "like I know where that is. What is the address?!" I explained again that I had been in an accident and I wasn't sure the address but was at a major name car dealer in the area on a main street. She again replied rudely, "I need to know where you are if you expect my help!" I in turn asked her if I was bothering her or if this wasn't the normal function of her job. She slowly stammered that she just needs to know where I am. I politely ended the call by telling her I would call another company. In short, do better! Most people aren't calling for a tow for fun, usually something unpleasant has occurred to result in needing that service. So to be treated inconsiderately and rudely is uncalled for.
