It was a Sunday morning. Brought vehicle to Town and Country and left keys in drop box for Monday. We live in the greater Detroit area. Curtis got the vehicle in and diagnosed the issue. Curtis said that the vehicle went into limp mode due to low oil pressure and an oils sample showed metal bits. He said he was not sure that replacing the failed part would fix the car due to the issue possibly caused by the low oil pressure. I decided to not repair the vehicle and scrap it instead. Curtis allowed me to keep it at the shop for about 5 days no issue until I could get my ducks in a row with a scrap yard and a replacement vehicle for my son. He was very understanding of the issue and accommodating. He even gave us a discount on the diagnostic fee he performed on the vehicle! I don't live in the area, but if I did, I would bring my vehicle service/repair needs to Town and Country and Curtis!

They looked my car over and found the problems, providing me with details and what could be fixed now and what could wait. They provided me details, cost, etc. and kept me apprised of progress. Additionally, they provided me a loaner car. This was a godsend as I was going to daily radiation therapy for cancer. I was so pleased with their care, I also asked them to give me an oil change as I knew it would be needed soon. When finalizing my Towing Service that I had chosen Which was Northside Towing I received a call from Northside Towing letting me know that another Tow Service had picked up my vehicle without my consent!!!!! Don whom works for Todd's Towing care advised me that he was going to drop off my vehicle at his own repair shop on the corner of Grand River Ave and Capital Ave in Lansing which I had NO interest nor intention of having this happen Nor did I even know Don whom had my vehicle on his Flat Bed!!!! Don then advised me I had taken up enough of his time I needed to make a payment for my vehicle tow and my vehicle needed to be removed off his flatbed or he was going to be taking it next to the local IMPOUND!!! I have never been so unhappy, humiliated and been thru this ridiculous unprofessional customer service in my life !!!! LAW ENFORCEMENT HAS CONTACTED THIS BUSINESS TODAY AS WELL!!!!!
