No phone call to tell me before I wasted a bunch of gas and my time, slept without any blankets that night, assuming I'll just get them tomorrow... I come back the following day to a sign saying that they are close again due to maintenance issues, and the issue is that they tripped a breaker(you literally just go to the box switch in order to fix it). Again, no notification otherwise in order to save the time or gas... another hour and a half out of my life for nothing. Yesterday I finally get a text message saying that they are still closed, but not until after I had already once again, this is now 4 1/2 hours out of my life and half a tank of gas which gas is roughly 5 dollars gallon here. I texted them back telling them I want a refund and that it's bullshit that I have to go through that, give me my blankets back. Someone text back that they do that and they'll have to talk to a manager. I had to come up here today. It's on the desk as I walked in, no refund, no apology, nothing.... please excuse my language, but FUCK THIS PLACE!!! I highly recommend yo find another place and take your business elsewhere! They are undeserving of your business and money, unprofessional, unreliable, and ungrateful to have you as a customer

She volunteered to help him get rolling with our laundry, switch to dryers and even fold! He was all in and beyond grateful.
