Their menu is great and they change it up throughout the months. Staff is helpful. Glad they offer a self-checkout lane to keep the flow of service quick and efficient. They also offer free air for tires here. Personal pizza is a great deal and often a go to, as well as BYO subs. They also offer cold packed lunches from Giant Eagle (grocery store) which are great too and they have Krispy Kreme donuts! Food is not just slopped together but usually looks good once it comes out. Good prices and meal deals good. Coffee is great and love that they have real milk and creamers in a refrigerator/cooler to use.

I asked to speak to the manager where she could open the machine and see where the problem was, and make the correction. The manager refused to open the machine by stating, she does not have keys to open the machine. As I asked for the corporate telephone number, she went to the office and wrote down the and came back with the keys to the machine. The machine was out of paper which she fixed. That was after she insisted, I needed to play one of the scratch off because she could not give me a play one of the scratch offs, which I'm not a custom to playing and when she fix the machine by making sure the paper was fit properly., The machine began to work. This level of incompetence is unacceptable and I do not believe she is manager material. Her name is Sheba or so she said it is. As she begrudgingly gave me her name. Not only that, she sent her employee out three to tell me that there was nothing that she could do to assist me. There were plenty of pumps for an easy fill-up. Inside, the store was bright and clean, with clean bathrooms as well. We were tempted by the "Fountain Drinks 89-Cents, Any Size" signs, and grabbed a round for the fam', plus some final candies for the road home. But at the checkout different signs read that the 89-Cents deal was only for gas loyalty club members. Since we don't have this chain at home we though awwe, full-price sodas it is. But the kind clerk without question overrode the register to give us road-trip'sters the stellar soda deal. What a sweetheart! We are planning another fall roadtrip to the Independence area, and will stop here again to fill-up, and sign up for the gas club before we do so we can legit partake in bargain sodas next time. :-)
