Absolutely wonderful customer service from GM Donny and his workers Austin and Devaughn. I had an issue where I was gifted a free carwash, but it had no barcode in the email. I told Donny that the manager at the Cleveland (Pearl Rd) location said he could not honor it and felt inconvenienced that he had to come out. Maybe he was busy doing a soap challenge on TikTok or something. Anyways, Donny honored it and I went there after doing a work assignment in Avon. Great wash and service! read more

Went there for about 2 years and had there Storm Wash. Spent $40 a month for it and when my rear wiper was torn off there was nothing they could do. Cost me $215 and it's a 2021 Ford Escape low mileage and in excellent condition. Nichole Wagner, Mgr. said she would get back with me, but never did even after repeated calls to her. Donnie was the only one that seemed to care and gave me a pro-rated refund. Donnie should be manager! They're not the only game in town. Sgt. I received a free car wash coupon in the mail and had great customer service and a nice clean car! A person came out to help me use the automatic payment system and use my coupon. The atmosphere feels like you are going to miniature golf or a amusement park ride with the colors, animals, and big rainforest enclosure. A nice treat compared to classic car washes. It's imperative for me after a tough winter to have a powerful car wash to get all the caked on layers of dirt/salt off my car. Just one visit and my car was restored to its shiny self. I have been a member with them for years , and months ago the top drying roller started pulling my windshield wiper blade up. Then finally one time it broke it off. So the next time I came back I made sure I would inform them of this situation, so it didn't happen again. It went good for months until today! I told the worker that I don't want the top dryer on because it was to hard on my truck. He kept informing me. The only way to do that would be manually turning it off, which he said he wasn't going to do , or completely turn all the washers on the top off. which completely defeats the purpose of getting a car wash and paying $40 a month. After informing him that I've had them do this for me countless of times and this is actually their idea how to fix his problem and why I do it. He told me there's a sign outside that says they are not responsible for any damage, ( which I was looking to fix a problem, not be compensated ). After all that he gave me the real answer why he won't manually shut it off. The last time I came in. They forgot to turn it back on and five cars went after me and the dryer didn't work for them, so that's my fault somehow. Worst experience I ever had would not recommend. read more

Husband and I had to check out the new rainforest car wash. Staff was super friendly even though it was frigid as all get out. Very happy with the result, was able to rinse well under out rain guards (very few can), was obviously fun with the lights and colors, and you exit out of a rocky/forest grove. I got my car washed at the Rainforest Car Wash during their grand opening week. I was so impressed with how my car looked that I decided to purchase a monthly wash membership. I was told by the staff working on the day that I purchased the membership that I could add my second vehicle for no additional cost. The next time I went to get my car washed I was told by different staff working that day that I could not add a second vehicle but that I could stop by and they would take care of me by allowing me to wash my second car at no charge since I was a monthly member. I took my second vehicle to get washed today and was told by a different employee working that the "regional manager" would not allow them to let me wash my second car at no charge. I then proceeded to cancel my monthly membership and the "regional manager" did not even have the courage to come out and discuss my membership cancellation with me. If the Rainforest Car Wash has a established policy that a monthly membership does not include second vehicles then they need to let their employees know the company policy. Based on the events described in the above paragraph, I have been told a different policy by 4 different employees. I would have likely purchased 2 memberships if this was properly communicated to me when I initially purchased the membership. Prior to today, I told everyone how great of a job this car wash did washing my car. I will now tell people how poor the customer service is and they are better off going to any of the neighboring car washes. read more

It did a good job on the back of my car. Most car washes in the area do not clean around the license plate area or the back window well, this one cleaned both areas very well. My car was covered with a lot of salt from traveling and it looks great. read more
