Again, walked right past me never said anything. The owner gave him some instructions to do something (later I drove by and I saw them cleaning his car). I left at that point and went next door and got an oil change in 10 mins. Fast forward 30 mins, I went back because my initial intention was to get a car wash and oil change. I pulled back into their location. Waited another 5 minutes behind a car that was getting vacuumed. Both the kids saw me, and never approached or even signaled. I don't blame the employees. I blame the owner. He clearly doesn't have a customer centric mindset or environment. I say this because he had zero issue with pausing his operation to address his own needs of washing his black Mercedes. I am a local resident and typically have a great deal patience; however, this place is poorly run and would not recommend it to anyone. Please don't try and make up to me with a coupon, or something to that effect. If you do anything, change your customer service policies and set an example.
