She said it would go away and it hasn't. I went to another woman and found out it is migration and would have to be removed by a laser. Alejandra said the first session touch ups were included. She didn't show 2 of the 3 times I had made a follow up apt. I went back the second time and it was included but then she said she normally doesn't do touch ups for free. Both eyes were uneven on the top. The woman I went to in hopes to get it fixed gave me a detailed after care sheet and told me that my eyelids were very thin with several capillaries on the surface which makes it more dangerous to do. I wish I would have done my research. The new woman doesn't even do under the eye tattoos and under my eyes are ruined. It looks like it was drawn by a child. Bad eyeliner detail. Dishonest about the migration. Poor experience.

The upper lid didn't go to the end of my eye nor did the bottom lid go to the outside of my eye, making it look like half the job was done. When I went back for my second appt I told Anna that I needed a thicker line on top and that the top and bottom should come together at the outside of my eyes. When she got done she said that was the best I could do, unfortunately one eye is thicker than the other, Ana they still don't meet at the outside edge of my eyes...ggrrr. Now I will need to find someone to fix this botched job. Anna told me she has 15 yrs experience, I would NEVER recommend her to my worst enemy let alone a friend

I had an appointment scheduled for 7/17. When I arrived at the office to check in, the woman at the desk seemed to be fumbling around. After a few minutes she proceeded to tell me that they had no appointment for me that day and that someone called me to change the appointment for the 23rd. At that point, I informed her that I never received any calls at all either on my cell or home number and there were absolutely NO messages left on either. The receptionist was a bit snippy with me. I had the appointment card with me for the 7/17 date and time on it , held it up and showed her and then she insisted that someone called. I told her if they had, it wasn't my number they called. Anyway, I said I did not want to get into a further discussion and that I would get back to them if I wanted to reschedule. The receptionist at the desk was rude, never once apologized or said that they were sorry for the 'so-called mix up'. She was very uncaring and dismissive. I was shocked that she had no compassion at all and just wanted to get out of that office. Thinking it over on my way home, I made the decision not to go back to them and change to a new Dermatologist which I did. I notified them several times via text and then called them to inform them I was no longer going back to them. I finally received 3 calls back for a couple of different reasons and never once was asked why I was leaving nor apologize for the appointment mixup. I absolutely will not recommend Skin Wellness at all. My suggestion is that the front desk receptionists, etc, all get professional customer service training.
