They also had an excellent selection of materials and helped me choose a stunning quartzite countertop that perfectly complements the custom stone. The photos don't do it justice--the slabs for the wall were large, and the seams are completely seamless. The result is absolutely gorgeous. From start to finish, the customer service went above and beyond, and the entire process was smooth. They were flexible and accommodating, even when I changed my mind during the project. The owner, Richard Lanza thought everything was "great!" According to Lanza the Polyurethane will correct it. And it didn't. Brand new wood floors stripped three (3) times. After the third time the floors now have an orange cast to them as well as a haze. The entire job needs to be ripped out and reinstalled with new wood. Please see attached photos. The damages are not limited to: * repair of holes made in a closet, wall, stairway etc. from equipment * dust equipment was not used. Sawdust was in every nook and cranny throughout my home. Professional cleaners had to be hired. * due to improper installation, the planks separated in two areas. * alarm system/sensor destroyed and had to be replaced * electrical problems...blowing out fuses causing the refrigerator to malfunction. * floors now squeak ..never did before. I have contacted Mr. Lanza the owner at Oaktree with zero response. My only alternative is to take legal action.
