This car wash is a minute down the road from me and I've never gone. I drive an older vehicle and it stays in my garage. Problem is it's green so if I take it out in spring, pollen stains it. I can deal with a lot but I hate pollen stains on my car. They have basic washes that are cheaper I did the nicer one. They have kids helping you but they could tell I just wanted to do it on my own. You will have to tip them if you use them. I miss when these types of car washes were free after getting gas lol. 90s kids are always talking about how affordable things were when we were kids. I paid about $30 for a 2 minute car wash. Probably will be a twice a year thing for me. read more

Extremely pushy at the kiosk as an attendant pressures you to make a monthly commitment. The worker asked me multiple follow up questions as to why I wasn't willing to sign up for the monthly program vs. a one-time wash. Service is usually pretty good. The kids that do the prewash are usually motivated to do a good job if a tip is involved. Just glad to see young people working. The wash itself is OK. It gets most grime off your car with the exception of the tire rims and grill. I wish they had a solvent of some sort in the wash for removing bugs and their excrement off the grill and hood of cars. It is nice that they provide rags to wipe your car down. So far the company has kept the car wash up and fixed problems, such as broken vacuum hoses. I bought the original offering for a $10 a month mid range wash, which does a pretty good job. I use the wash two or three times a month so I feel like I'm getting my money's worth. read more

I've been going to Marc-1 to wash my car for a while now. This was my first wash at this location so that always takes some adjusting to get used to. Overall it was a pretty good experience! The workers were helpful and friendly. The vacuums surprisingly actually both worked on both sides! I'm not entirely sure if the floor mat cleaners worked....but do they ever? LOL! Clean towels were plentiful as well. The cul de sac to get in was a little confusing and took some rerouting but I managed at the end. read more

However, after a few months, I noticed a recurring $26.99 charge on my credit card. I had never signed a membership agreement, received a barcode for my car, or been given any indication that I was enrolled in an ongoing plan. When I called customer service to request a refund and ensure the charges stopped, they refused to issue a refund. I disputed the charges with my credit card company, got my money back, and, unfortunately, Marc-1 lost a loyal customer of 10 years. read more

Well.... where to start... it is a car wash with all the amenities you would expect to find... however this car wash has a little bit more force on their brushes/cloth that washes your car.... the reason I say this, I had turned both side mirrors in and sure enough one side got pulled the opposite way farther than it should be.... This car wash is affordable and the subscription services are great. Employees are always looking around to make sure everything is running smooth and fast. The wash also has it's own towels and all material cleaner so if you need to clean your dashboard or windows, this car wash is an excellent choice. The subscription services start at $9.99 a month which is a great deal considering it gives you access to wash your car every day for free. Another great thing about the wash is the carpet cleaning machine they have. Some car washes I go to also have a machine like this, but when you stick the carpet through it comes out not clean and has a distinct smell to it. This does not happen here. read more

Amazing customer service the employees are always very helpful and nice! The new max wash is wonderful and makes my car look brand new! They have gone up a little bit in the price (not that much) but you save a ton of money by getting a membership because you can wash 90 times for only 10$ more of the wash you perched and that's the monthly fee it's only 5$ extra for the first month! DAMAGE! REFUSE TO FIX! BEWARE! I wish I could give less stars or at least a middle finger. I went to this carwash with a brand new 2022 Ford Maverick on January 23rd for its first ever carwash. The spinning brushes left scratches on my hood that the company states they will not fix. They state that I cannot prove without a doubt they were caused by their brushes. This is a brand new truck and they were definitely caused by the brushes. The scratches: two curved scratches across the hood and hood decal. They obviously do not maintain their equipment as they should and I strongly suggest that you take your business somewhere else because they will not take responsibility unless you can prove that brushes (from a camera watching brushes spinning at high rate of speed from a distance) had debris on them. It probably wouldn't have cost this company $100 to buff out but they'd rather stiff me and lose the money in the long run. read more

I received A generic email saying that they were not responsible and the damage was done before I entered the car wash. This company is a sorry excuse for a company. They will not call in person. Do NOT come here! They say they open at 7am and I got there at 7:02 but they still hadn't opened. I understand sometimes people are running a bit late, but I saw two people there and neither one removed the cones. By 7:15 I decided to leave. When I had to turn around I went by the cones and a girl poked her head out of the door, stared at me, and then went back into the building?? They do not pre wash as other car washes do. A girl came out removed the cone and than went back inside. The only thing that came out clean was the windows and they have spots. I went to vac and the hose was broken. I paid $16.00 for this wash and my car is NO CLEANER THAN WHEN IT WENT IN. My first time to use this car wash. My husband is very picky about getting our cars cleaned and has never taken my car through one of these type washes. This "tunnel" type wash has cloth parts instead of bristles and every other cleaning component was touch free. They offer FREE Windex and lint free cloths as well as vacuums and a station to use a brush to remove bugs etc. I definitely recommend this car wash! read more

I purchased the unlimited carwash for a month. The day before it was to expire (or so I thought), I was charged again. I went to the carwash and was told by two employees that you had to cancel on their website. I told these two employees that I did not realize tbis would renew and that nobody told me that and there were no signs saying that, nor was it in the receipt. They said, just cancel it in the website, so did. I then got an email saying, sorry you had to cancel withtin 7 days of the expiration, no refund for you. There is no phone number to call to speak with an actual person, just some rude woman named Jennifer who emails you. I have reported the unauthorized charge to my bank and I reported them to the BBB. This car wash is in a very conveniently located for folks in Hoover/Vestavia or anyone passing through on I-65. The price is always fair and comparable to other washes around town. It's super easy to pay and they always do a great job cleaning the "hard to clean" places before you pull through. Once done there a a ton of free vacuums for customers to use. I'm a real fan of this place (as far as drive-thru carwashes are concerned)! They're located in a prime spot on 31 where they are GUARANTEED business. I've pulled in here while heading somewhere else before when I wasn't even intending to end up in their lot initially. They have PLENTY of "free" vacuums to use, and even a 4-5 car section with some soaking brushes to scrub your rims/wheels, fenders, front bumper or whatever else you'd like I suppose. The prices are standard for these types of places (several packages to choose from) ranging from 5 or 6 bucks up to $15. They've gone up over the years as has everything else. The washes are very solid and do a great job getting clean and shining your ride. The dryers don't get your car 100% dry but I haven't experienced that since these cheap drive thru's were a new concept some years ago anyway. It does however make sure to rinse thoroughly enough that any spots that are left are simply water and not soap/wax that will leave WHITE spots and streaks unless you manually towel off afterwards. I really like this car wash! It's centrally located on 31 across from McDonald's; with that being said its not always easy getting in and out of this place of business. Though crowded on a beautiful days, it's a great place to scrub down your ride. You have the option to pre soak your tires (though I soak my entire car....associates look at me funny..oh well), you can also opp to vacuum your car before or after the wash. As you drive away the water rolls off your car before drying and its glorious. Word to the wise: go on a cloudy day in the spring- you'll be in and out in no time. Happy soaking! read more

The worst customer experience I have ever had was with this company. I did the trial in October, used it for the first few weeks and never went back. With the pandemic, being 6 months pregnant, and losing half our income it slipped my mind to cancel immediately. I remembered in December and called in a few times, and never spoke to a human. I was prompted to leave voicemails so I left one hoping to be called back. I left one email through the automated system and never heard back there either. In January, I tried again. Sent from a different email. Called multiple times, and left a message. Nothing. So today I hound every possible number, even queuing into their "hiring" service line. Finally got one person. Who proceeded to generously say they will give me one month (of FOUR) refund, and would not discuss anything further and had nothing to say to begin unreachable except "we emailed you back one time" that I have no record of. And when asked to escalate to talk to someone not entry level, was told the manager wouldn't speak with me/didn't have a business number and wouldn't give out a cell number/wouldn't authorize a refund anyways. This is an absolute scummy company and I am beyond furious about the way  this was handled. I was absolutely swindled. read more

I have used this carwash for several years. Recently they have remodeled and added some better vacuums a top over both sides. The manager has always been pleasant and speaks as I have scrubbed my car near the office. The wash it self has always done ok for me...if I get it brushed before I go through the tunnel. One occasion my wheels where very very dirty. I asked the attendant. About the wheel cleaner special...if it would clean and make a big noticeable improvement more than just a wheel wash. Well I took his advice and bought the package. I did not get very excited about the finished wheel result. I was in rush and left later I called the manager and told him my story.. he said bring it back and he would make it right. I went out of town for almost two weeks. I went to the place and talked to the manager he sprayed something on the wheels gave me a code and I went in the tunnel . Very happy with the result. I have now joined the text message thing. I missed out on the FREE wash as I was out of town when it expired. Bottom line it is 99% self service but the 1% of their part is great and if you need help just ask and they will do what they can to help and make you happy. read more
