‼This review is based upon my own personal experience with these lawyers‼. This all started back in 2021 and finished this year. You get a sense of time frame. I had an accident at Honda of Elk Grove Ca. Now yes I had prior medical minimal. I told lawyers everything about medical didn't leave anything out. I mean why would I records show what you don't. When I called them and told them what happened they said they could take case and don't worry about anything. I did let them know I was referred to them with amazing results and positivity. We threw the whole thing I was told by Ashton don't worry we are taking care of everything and it's going well, you just worry about getting better. I emailed them constantly to give updates and called. Still nothing to worry about I was told. I have permanent medical issues from the incident. I went through HELL medically during this process, as well did my husband. Not once was I ever told well prior medical is an issue or anything not one. Not until it came towards the end of my case. Also at that point I was told I could get another layer. They knowingly knew I couldn't due to the fact it was coming too and end. There are two brothers who were on my case. I was told by Scott Ashton that F. Radich Motors, Inc lawyer wasn't going to give this amount. Scott was so worried about the other side. He was definitely not concerned with my case at all. His brother Craig Ashton had called me and expressed that my medical history , which was not related to this case and was female related. Was why I got so very and I mean very little from the lawsuit. Honda did put signs up but this was a few months back this year 2026. I basically went through all this on a hope and pray. During my deposition, Scott Ashton he didn't say anything. He just listened and didn't go over anything prior to the deposition. Other than you know just be honest and tell him everything that you told us and I did so apparently from all that is what cost me my case, according to his brother Scott and Craig Ashton, but what got me towards the end of the case about a year into or so they were so worried about Honda and what they were thinking that they didn't give a sh** about me now I know somebody just recently gotten a car accident got the same amount as me I had permanent damage limited mobility, and I had to have surgeries due to this accident. Let's just say I couldn't buy a house in California. That's how little I got. I couldn't even buy a car with the amount I got because they were worried about Honda and what Honda was thinking. I don't care less about Honda. They probably got kicked back from Honda. Then they called their selves doing a favor by their attorney fees, I didn't care. The lack of accountability that Ashton and Price. Scott Ashton kept coming back to me with Honda isn't going any higher than what I had told you. I just don't know I know him he's a good lawyer. I don't care your job is to fight for me and go higher and then have them work down not go lower. Craig Ashton is arrogant and made a point to let me know he had 30yrs experience. I also have recorded phone calls of them saying we can't get any more. We're concerned about what they're thinking and blah blah blah.. I know this is not just about the amount it's about the lack of courtesy. They took to take care of their client the inability to do their job to not worry about what the Hondas Lawyer is worried about or what they're thinking. I look at it like this. God gave me what he wanted me to have and Ashton in Price law firm. They have to deal with God and karma is a bit**. And I do have tons of photos, but I'm not gonna post them. In my opinion, I was misled by my attorney. Without receiving a written proposal, I settled the case based on our previous conversations, which deviated from my agreement. If my attorney had sent me a letter of proposal via mail prior to the settlement and clearly explained the proposal before sending me the settlement in agreement to sign in app, I could have clearly rejected it. However, he failed to do so. I believe he clearly failed to communicate solely to avoid trial. If I had been informed by my attorney that I would receive a check for only a pathetic about $4,000 instead of the clear about $12,000 that was my minimum, as I had clearly stated, I would never have settled due to the pain, expenses, and future surgery. I settled in distress because my mother was ill and I needed to urgently care for her. Why did he even stay if I did not go to trial I will not pay medical ? When I received the check, I reviewed my attorney's work on Yelp and discovered that I had been treated unfairly. I received a treat of law suit, harassment, and additional stress from my professional attorney. Due to my poor health, I am forced to remove my Yelp original review to prevent further hassle, harassment, and additional hearsay lawsuits from this law firm. read more

After a car accident, I was left with back and brain issues that I wasn't getting help with through my primary doctor. Referrals were taking MONTHS and my concussion was being ignored. I was able to get prompt, top of the line care for my back injuries and concussion with no money or insurance required up front. I saw a top-notch Neuro Optometrists that finally helped my lingering concussion issues. The orthopedic doctor took my pain seriously and was extremely skilled, able to repair the injuries to my abnormal anatomy. I was able to get chiropractic and massage therapy as well and now I feel better than I did before the accident. I finally got around to going into the office to meet Craig in person after months of working with them and medical treatment that the firm had helped me get on a lien. I was surprised to find that he in fact was a very enlightened, caring person with a great perspective on the things in life that really matter. On top of that, he is extremely knowledgeable on legal issues with many decades of experience. Yes, the firm got me a beautiful chunk of money in the end but health is even more important. Your case could take up to 2 years for a settlement, even longer if it goes to trial and how you feel in the meantime matters too. I hired Scott Price and his team for a car accident I was in over a year ago. I was rear ended on the freeway and the other party took full responsibility. After dealing with the opposing company, I was being offered less than my passengers even though I was the most injured. This is when I hired Ashton and price because of a family friend. Unfortunately they continually give me false hope and that is the last thing I want in a moment of uncertainty and need. From settlement amounts, to expected dates, they are always giving me a standard they cannot fulfill. I would not recommend them to any friends or family. They are responsive and nice people when I reach out to them, which is why they get one star but I have no other kind words. I am always the one reaching out and they are never getting in contact with me with updates on my case. This has now been going on for over 15 months and it's still not over. They are kindly reducing their fees as much as they can. However, I am getting less money from my car accident settlement than I was before I hired them. They state settlement numbers close to $30,000 and then finalize the deal at $2,600. I only wanted realistic figures that did not give me a false sense of reality. I unfortunately regret my decision and will never use/recommend them again if I need an attorney for any reason. I was NOT expecting to actually speak with a lawyer.
