One of the associates was especially helpful and picked out several frames she thought would suit me well. I ended up finding a few that I really liked, but unfortunately they aren't in-network with VSP. They explained the out-of-network payment options, but after crunching the numbers, it just didn't make sense for me to purchase here.

May 15th: This place is a joke. It's an urgent care clinic. There's no point of making an…read moreappointment. I showed up on time for my appointment and waited for over an hour for the PA and had a brief conversation; about 2 minutes. No bedside manners. Also, labs is another long wait. I'm not sure who's running this place but they obviously do not practice patient-centered care. I gave this place two stars because of the front-desk staff; they seem to be the most efficient part of clinic operations. The other star is for the cleanliness (at least on visual inspection). I spoke with the healthcare manager about unsatisfactory experience and he said that I'm not the first to make these complaints; however, much of the explanation he gave seems to align with the practice, that is wait and see and "my hands are tied." May 23: sending prescription to the pharmacy is another wait. It's almost a week later since I provided substantiating documentation and I still don't have all of my prescription (one is OTC!). I'm almost tempted to travel an hour away for medical care because I know the standards are higher. I'm not expecting perfection, but I think that this practice needs to learn and uphold their own core values of "ICARE" that they allegedly claim.

I have struggled with finding a good pair of glasses for the longest. One trip to this Walmart…read morevision center was all I took for me to fall in love with my pair of glasses. I needed a new prescription and was able to set an appointment up for the following day! Jose was so helpful in making sure I got the glasses that best satisfied me! He recommended I get a tint on my shades due to my eyes hurting from too much sun exposure. My glasses are stylish and helpful. Will definitely go back for my next pair!
