It was almost closing time! But the OPEN sign was still flashing. I entered the store and was greeted with a smile and understanding, that if anytime I am running late just call and they will keep the doors open for me! The selection of cigars are endless, and the prices are amazing. The humidor keeps the cigars at a great temp and I even got a small class on pairing my cigars with what spirit. I am totally impressed. My cigars where cut for me, and i got matches and a well tight zip lock bag for my cigars. I highly recommend and Matt is amazing. I ordered a can of tobacco during their relocation. There was a mix up (we're all human) and it didnt arrive in the time I was told. But they fully rectified the situation and made sure i left the store happy and with exactly what I wanted. Matt, Catherine, and Marcella were extremely polite, understanding and apologetic. Even though there was a mix up I left extremely happy and felt very taken care of. This is one of the best tobacco shops I have had the pleasure of entering. I was really disappointed when I came here. There was a young teenager with his friend behind the counter and they were too busy playing on the computer and texting to even acknowledge me. When I asked them about a few cigars they didn't know anything about the cigars. When I lit my cigar I was told there is no longer smoking in the store because it gets too smoky and they don't have a way to remove the smoke. The prices are high here, even by Atlanta standards. Between the price gouging to take advantage of the Hooters drunks, no smoking in the shop, and the terrible service I won't be going back. read more
