The customer service is always nice and they are helpful. They have a lot of different items in such a small place it's easy to miss something so take your time looking. The employees are very transparent, they let me know that if you break a glass piece you can get another one at 50% off. They also warned me about the pricing on the Japanese food/ candy. It is priced very high and don't just hope you don't notice the price. They also have a cigar section with, again many options.
