They explained to me that they were too busy doing commercial projects right now to work on a single piece of furniture for residential. I was trying to speak with the girl on the phone and get more information on if they just had one department that worked specifically on furniture restoration for residential or if they had several people that worked in that area....mainly because what I'm wanting done is somewhat different. I did not want to wait around for two or three weeks, only to find out that there was no one that could do exactly what I was wanting done. I thought that she might have someone call me back and speak to me about my project. However, that was not the case at all. She again, made it quite clear that they did not have time to work on anything I had at this moment. And she also made it clear that I seemed to be annoying her.
