Unfortunately, friends and family have had experiences with this business that have been overwhelmingly negative. Most staff members are consistently unfriendly, unhelpful, and often rude. We have witnessed employees speaking negatively about customers to other customers, which is highly unprofessional and creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. To make matters worse, staff frequently provide inaccurate information and seem unwilling to assist when questions arise. The sarcastic and insensitive signage displayed in the lobby only reinforces the impression that customers are viewed as an annoyance rather than valued patrons. Fast, easy, and open SEVEN days a week??! This for me is unheard of for notary and auto title services. On a few occasions I needed closing packages and applications to be signed/notarized after work. This was usually late in the evening after 5:30 pm. Without fail, this place was available to git 'er done in time to make the 6 pm package drop off for FedEx. If I ever require their services outside the store hours, appointments are available to take care of business. The convenience factor just cannot be beat. read more

Unfortunately, two days ago, the owner's daughter was working at the time I needed paperwork completed. She was very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I've been to Marchando five times now over the past few years for vehicle title transfers. They're always helpful and prompt with great advice and excellent service. The location is excellent too. Try them out at your convenience, they're open seven days a week. I'm told they also offer after-hours appointments, but I haven't needed that level of service yet. read more
