I wanted to go light blond with a few highlights but all she did was add colour that didn't lighten my hair very much at all and she tried to do ambre look that just looked like roots growing out. I called the owner who said he would fix it but couldn't do it for many days, I wanted it done for the weekend. He wouldn't give me any refund back at all, "that's not how he does business." I went somewhere else that fixed it right away and charged me only for the product not labour.

Home Depot 1 week and apologized for the wait but that they were doing their best, Canadian tire a month, then just cancelled the order on us and told us to come buy it in person. The negative experiences with this store go on and on. They clearly don't want my money. And I'm happy to spend it elsewhere.
