You feel like his bedside manner is part of a process to cross-sell you on frames and supplements. The front desk staff is immature and unprofessional for a "medical/health services" type business. They gossip while you wait. Turnover is regular. Every time I go there are new people. You can drive there and pay for street parking but there are a lot of police cars sitting and waiting to give you a ticket. Municipal parking and an MTA train station are across the street. Bottomline: Good to get a quick eye exam and prescriptions. Would probably do much better if hired friendly staff and aligned the bed-in-breakfast feel with the client experience. The feel of the place does not match the drive-through experience. There's no relationship building between the service provider and client which makes you feel like you can get the same service anywhere.
