Hello, I wanted to…read moreshare my experience with Dog-n-It. Through unforeseen circumstances I had to find daycare for my 10 year old pit bull. She has never been alone nor boarded nor day care. When I spoke with Logan & explained my need and concerns he was attentive and caring. A year and a half ago Lilli and I were attacked by a vicious dog. She has not been the same sense. She is very nervous around other dogs. She stands between me and them barking & refuses to give up until I remove her. Logan was very compassionate & confident in her safety & assured me with his knowledge of dog behavior and breed specific, he can help her to regain the calm, loving girl she had always had been. After speaking with him & visiting the facility I knew this is the best place for her. I had asked for her to be separated in her own kennel. Their personal kennels are superior to other facilities I visited. They are 3 sided cement block with 1 wall being fully chain link. This allows the dogs to see out and be fully protected at the same time. This gave me peace of mind, She would not be locked up in a four sided box hearing extremely loud barking from dozens of dogs, not knowing how close they were or if she would be attacked by them. Which could be very frightening to her. When I took Lilli by the facility the night before her first day at day care, Logan invited us in & allowed her to walk around and go out into the yard. His interaction with her was perfect, inviting her to get to know him at her own pace. He was not pushy nor demanding. I have complete confidence in his ability to care for her. The kennels are kept clean and all 17 dogs seem content. Very little anxiousness or uncontrollable barking. Its more like a home environment. With couches and t.v. Not at all like the dog shelter environment. I feel very fortunate to have found them & impressed by Logan's canine experience, knowledge and confident demeaner. My dog didn't ever want to go back to play after our third visit, which was a HUGE flag for me. I found a much better place.

Every time I drop off or pick up there are happy dogs playing in the many yards. All of their staff are professional, friendly and helpful. They are true animal lovers. My 4 yr. old Queensland heeler is constant Chaos. I needed help learning how to train and work with him. I didn't want to use a shock collar, as MANY trainers go straight to, I wanted to try everything else 1st. Training isn't cheap but it's worth every penny to see the progress with your dog. I worked with Alicia; she is FABULOUS! She requested guidance from Nick when needed. We worked at the facility and out in town. He has come so far; we can even bring him out to restaurants with patio dining! He goes to doggy day care for socialization, and he has stayed overnight. This is an AMAZING service that I Highly recommend.

I went in today to find some CBD treats for my 8mo old Pit Puppy with seperation anxiety and the owner was so nice, laid-back, knowledgeable and helpful. I was upset and unfamiliar with the process, which made the experience more stressful and caused some delays. To be clear, my frustration was directed at the situation and my daughter, not the facility. Despite my attitude, the staff handled everything professionally and never allowed my frustration to affect the quality of care they provided. My second experience occurred when my daughter's dog got loose. He was taken to Companion, and thankfully they posted him on their website. Because of that, we were able to locate him quickly and bring him home. Once again, the staff was professional, kind, and helpful throughout the process. My final experience was when I needed to surrender another one of my daughter's cats. During the intake process, I appreciated all the questions they asked to ensure the cat would be matched with the best possible new family. It was an emotional experience for me, and when I started crying, a staff member comforted me with a hug. Their empathy and compassion made it much easier to leave him there knowing he would be cared for. He was adopted within about a week, which made me incredibly happy. Because of these experiences, I will continue to use and support Companion's services. Every person I have met there has been wonderful. They are not only professional but also compassionate, caring, and trustworthy. Their staff consistently makes difficult situations easier, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

The only pets there on the day of spay were other pets for surgery, which was super nice. Great communication before surgery day on procedures to follow for check-in, what to expect, and after care. I was very pleased with the entire spay procedure.
