I don't think the business is ready for prime time, -Services offered are not price-listed on the website; - 44lb poodle cost $140 to groom = excessive [2x Petco]; -assumed tip was included in that price; -a 4% service charge was added for a credit card without warning! -the groomer cut my dog's face under her eye and didn't fess up. - no follow-up apology has been received; This business won't last is my prediction; they are not customer friendly; but rather rip-off artists. read more

I had ordered some pee pad but they never gave me my refund and I don't remember where I ordered it from. That's my problem I'm mostly due all my shopping from Amazon and I must've gotten it from another app but anyway, they didn't work for my PET she felt like she was probably going on a rug or something she's used to P pads, so I'm not saying they're bad, but they weren't good for my dog read more

We had an emergency at one of the kennels we use and needed to find another kennel for our GSD Gracie quickly. When I called and let them know our situation, they were very nice and able to help us. They were so efficient and right away sent us a confirmation text for our reservation. I was able to easily get them the required vet's medical records and check off all the to do's before Gracie's stay. I liked how attentive they were to Gracie's needs and requests while she stayed, along with paperwork to fill out that asked some great questions so Gracie would be happy. I loved how we got updates on how Gracie was doing while we were on vacation and THAT gave me piece of mind. When we picked her up I noticed right away her behavior was happy and she did not have anxiety. She also smelled good and not like she had been in a kennel. I brought my little (very skittish) little dog into get her nails clipped and she was so happy when I went back to pick her up she was actually smiling at me from ear to ear. It went so well that when Andrea said she wouldn't mind giving her a bath I decided to try it and again my little dog was completely fine. My husband and I took our two dogs here for the first time today and had a top notch experience. The price to have our dogs groomed was very reasonable and the employees who groomed them did an A+ job. We have a terrier with high anxiety who usually doesn't like his nails cut and they were able to clip his nails. When we picked them up both our pups looked so happy and were not filled with anxiety like they have been in the past when picking up from groomers. I will definitely be back. Have been taking my dog who has been a loyal customer to the puppy pad since he was 6 months old. Went to the market location for the first time and was appalled at the way the workers treated my dog and myself. Didn't make my dog feel comfortable and pulled on his leash so hard his eyes are now a bit red from the aggression/ anxiety he had. DO NOT take your dog here if you care about how they are being treated. Very unprofessional and no experiences with dogs feels like. I hope they can improve for the future dogs sake. read more

AWFUL customer service. They literally called me 20 minutes *after* i had dropped my dog off to be boarded for the weekend, as we are going out of town for a wedding, saying his vaccinations were a week overdue and they could not board him. So I had to drive back and pick up our pup hours before we're supposed to leave for a trip, completely screwed with no one to care for our dog. This should have been communicated to us days earlier when we called them to ask if they would be able to board our dog for the weekend! On top of all this when I went to pick our dog up, the woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and snarky. When I asked her why this was not communicated before hand she just said "it's not our responsibility to vaccinate your dog." Well DUH, that's not the issue! She was so unkind and not empathetic at all to the bad situation this business left us in. This is definitely not an isolated incident as well as the woman in front of me in line was dealing with the same issue as well with her dog, left without any options at the last minute. The groomers are good. However, the last time I took my dog in no one was wearing a mask. Multiple groomers have said they do not wear a mask when working with the dogs because the dogs freak out. However, this does not excuse not wearing a mask when dealing with the public or the lack of a sign requiring masks for customers. read more

I typically take my puppy into the wandermere location I've seen two groomers there they were great both times . He was just into the wandermere location 6 weeks ago . I scheduled to have my puppy to be groomed, he is a red labroodle he had two knots on his under belly and one on his beard I told her I want his hair to stay as long as she can and he head to stay long . I brought him in to see Allison at the market location he appointment was at 9 and I got a call to come get him at 3.When I went to pick him up another lady was waiting for her dog , when they brought my baby out I really didn't know it was him ,I assumed he belong to the other lady, I didn't even reach for him I assumed it was the other ladies dog, I am absolutely devastated he looks terrible she saved him down like a showroom poodle shaved his entire body down left his tail long and his head and ears long.This is beyond ridiculous she should've called me explaining what she was doing before she shaved him down.I'm so furious I will let everyone I know not to go to that location or that groomer read more

As someone who treats my dog like my child, believe me when I say they're the best. The pricing is excellent, Christine and Haylah are such wonderful people, and are great with my goldendoodle. No one in their right mind would ever do this to a Golden. I am so furious and disappointed in the "cut" Sonny received from the Puppy Pad on Market. The poor thing is so miserable, it's almost like they shaved his rear end with a razor I had taken him there many times for a cut, and never had a problem. Called the PuppyPad on Friday and asked to speak to the owner, explained my disappointment to Leah, only then to be SCREAMED at by the groomer and told that I asked for this. The owner wouldn't even take the time to call me back, she told the groomer to "deal with it". I would NEVER ask someone to shave my dog down to their skin, ever! I've been taking my dog here for grooming for about one year now. I've been really impressed with the service and prices. Everyone I've spoken to there is really nice. My dog has no issues when he's there and they do a great job! He's a shepherd/husky/lab mix and sheds really badly several times a year. We get the "spa treatment" with the shedding shampoo. He comes back super clean and totally brushed out. It's only $53 for all that. Can't beat it. read more

My dog has been going to doggie daycare at The Puppy Pad for the last 3 years. He loves it there. The staff is great and really care for the animals. I love the fact that I know that he's loved there also and well taken care of. He's boarded there if I go out of town, his nails get clipped there and goes to daycare Monday through Friday. I boarded my dog here for 6 days during Christmas time. They informed me that there was no day care on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day or on weekends. This concerned me because my dog is very social and I had concerns of her getting lonely, she isn't by herself much. They told me they would pair her up with another same size/temperament dog when they let her out for exercise or cleaning. I felt better about leaving her there. They also offered to groom her on pickup day and I agreed, she looks beautiful and is so soft. One of the best haircuts ever! We have taken our dogs here more times than I can count for grooming as well as short and long term pet boarding. Out of all of the places we've taken our dogs, they are the happiest at the Puppy Pad. They Puppy Pad has been so accommodating. I've never been disappointed with their grooming. We have a German Shorthair and a Shih Tzu Maltese mix. I'm not going to go so far as to say our dogs love it here (is no doubt they still have some anxiety) but they are happier than I ever guessed they could be when it comes to being dropped off for boarding and grooming. read more

Christina and her staff seem to genuinely care for dogs and provide a fun, safe environment for high energy pooches like mine. I take both my cats to puppy pad to get groomed and they always do an amazing job! Christina the owner is normally the one to groom my babies and she always takes special care of them. I have a Persian cat named gizmo and he has had horrid luck with groomers. He has a chopped tail from a previous groomer knicking it which turned into a bad infection and us having to get it removed, and then the last groomer he saw didn't wash out all the shampoo and he ended up with a skin infection. Poor little guy! Knowing all of this Christina gave me knowledge of how to effectively groom my own cat so I didn't have to worry anymore. Christina did one last cut on giz and she did an outstanding job! With my job I had to drop him off way early and pick him up late, they accommodated to make him comfortable in a bigger kennel so he could relax for the day and my giz looks GREAT!! I truly can appreciate a good cat groomer when I see one because I obviously have seen about everyone in town and puppy pad really cares.
