After my sister had her first baby, she and her husband wanted to get the whole fancy package of "naked baby doing cute things." (I know you know the type). We had heard good things about Artisan and seriously, people were right. The photographer was completely patient with the crabby baby, and kept taking shots till he knew we had a lot of good choices. Also, they were very professional in the way they treated the baby, my sister and my brother-in-law. You get to pick your favorites from an array online and you can send the links along to your family and friends so they can choose which pictures they want to order as well. (or they can just ooh and aaah over how cute your baby is). They do weddings too, but that is not my experience. However, considering how wonderful my nieces pictures came out, I can't imagine that the wedding or senior pictures they would do would come out any less perfect. I mean, my niece is incredibly adorable, but the photographer really was great.

He traveled from STL to KC to shoot our wedding and the extra cost for his travel was completely worth it. He takes plenty of shots of everything so you have more than enough to choose from AND 99% of them are awesome, so it's kind of hard to choose a few favorites. We hired an extra photographer for our wedding day who happened to be Tim's wife, Heather. They are both extremely professional and patient. If you're waffling between Tim and another photographer because of price, I would say stop deliberations and call Tim at Artisan--totally worth it!
