Rented 2 bikes that they dropped off around 5:30 in the evening. Went to ride them and both bikes…read morehad 6.5 and 7 lbs of air in the back tires. Called the bike company to let them know and they said their guy went home and to call in the morning about it lol. We have an air pump luckily and pumped them up. Rode them to a restaurant and back before dark, by morning they both lost air again. One bike has no lights on it and the other one did but didn't work. Both bikes had bald rear tires, the guy on the phone from here tells me it's supposed to be that way lol, take a look at my pictures. I asked for half of our money back, we got to ride them a little so half was fair, they offered a 1/4th for bikes that shouldn't have been let go to customers. If you have children I would not rent from this place as I wouldn't trust my child on one of their bikes. We kept the bikes inside the house so they wouldn't be stolen or out in the rain. We took better care of their bikes than they did us the customer.

Once there, Jake was kind and helped us out. We rented two Scooters for an hour. He gave us a map and a tutorial on how to use the scooters (neither of us had rode one previously). My husband picked it up fast, and after about 10 minutes for me riding around, I felt comfortable enough that we took it out on the main road. We rode Collier down to its end which was perfect! It was a smooth ride with few traffic lights, no speed bumps. Speed limit was 35, and our scooters topped at 30 mph (although the one my husband rode did seem to go a bit faster). We passed by all the hotels (which are gorgeous btw) and rode in between neighborhoods too. We rode the same street back and passed by the shop for another couple miles or so (the large bridge) before U-turning and heading back in (to give a time perspective of how far we got). Had a storm not been imminent, we definitely would have gone for another hour or two! Highly recommend, and would absolutely do it again. Of note, they offer other rentals besides scooters- golf carts, scoot coupes, & bikes.
