He made sure the correct grout color was being used. He's always a pleasure to work with. We previously had our travertine patio floor cleaned. We were so pleased with the results that we called KC Tile when we needed our porcelain tile floors cleaned and the grout resealed. We're amazed how clean the floors look. And the grout now looks like new. The workers were polite, professional and efficient. They even left us small bottles of grout if we ever need to touch up an area. During the project, the supervisor stopped by to check on the quality of the work. Impressive! The company is honest as well as professional.
