They have the most appliance parts in town from what I have seen. Recommend to everyone.

I can't recommend this company enough!…read more The Rapid Repair team fixed my dryer, a few weeks ago. As Anthony, my technician and owner of Rapid Repair, was leaving I mentioned that our freezer had stopped making ice and was leaking water both inside and outside. This is when I found out that Anthony's is certified and licensed specifically to repair refrigerators and freezers! We made an appointment and he came back a few days later and saw that the waterline was clogged and the ice maker motor had gone out. He quickly found the parts and came back a few days later to repair our freezer. The repair took about 45-minutes and stated it was a fairly common issue that happens with just wear and tear; nothing serious. He even helped to reset our water line that was pushing on our condenser fan and make a loud noise every so often. In total, we paid $200 that included parts and labor, which I feel is amazing! Anthony is punctual and gets right to work when he arrives. No chitchat, which I greatly appreciate!

Our washer randomly started leaking (heavily) yesterday. I reached out this morning and he has already come to diagnose. Unfortunately, it's more worth it to replace than repair. His fee included the diagnostic and labor, however since there wasn't much labor other than the diagnostic he was very negotiable with a lower rate. I would 100% use him again in the future if we ever have another appliance issue.

My friend wanted to pay off the full amount on her Home Depot card. She could not use her other credit card due to Citibank's policy of only using a checking account or debit card. My friend came back with cash to pay off THD card again. The system only accepted $3000.00 for a payoff transaction. Hence one final visit in the morning to pay off the full amount. The staff provided customer service necessary for the consumer. The banking system is flawed because the interest owed is the consumer "thorn in the flesh"!! No matter how much money you have in the bank or the best credit score, the consumer is NOT in the best interest of the banking industry.

I hit Buy, selected the free delivery option, and figured I'd see it in a few days. Nope. Two hours later I get a text saying my Traeger has already been delivered. Wow -- that was fast. I was still at the dentist, so I had to wait an hour before getting home. When I finally did, I was shocked and confused. The Traeger wasn't in a factory box at all -- it came fully pre-assembled. I don't remember clicking anything that said "pre-assembled," and that's definitely not what I wanted. Looking closer, things got even weirder. It still had a display tag hanging on the handle. It looked like someone had tried to wipe off a layer of dust. And there were scuff marks inside the lid. Oh hell no -- this was clearly a display model. I returned it the next day and made sure to get a brand-new one in the box. Shame on you, Home Depot, for trying to pull a fast one on me!

So...funny story today. Not only did I call on May 7th with…read moreno response AND called twice this morning about two pressure washers I dropped off on March 7th for repair but, nobody ever cared to call me back. Daniel, the service manager doesn't know his ass from a hole in the wall OR about customer service and failed to let me know the status of these two units after such time. So...I drove down, as I lost my patience with A&E, to pick up the two pressure washers. On a recommendation, I pulled into Steam Cleaner Inc. Chris and Art were more than accommodating. I asked them to do what I asked A&E to do two months ago and Chris didn't think anything of it and quickly got to work on it. Art gave me an estimate and I was off. No shit, I received a call from Chris 20min later saying, "Come pick it up. It's ready!" What?!?!? - I flipped a U-turn and was back at Steam Cleaners where not only was the unit repaired but, Chris showed me the problem, the fix and the amount of pressure it was pumping. Transaction final, I was eager to get home and reinstall and use my pressure washer once more. Perfect, all I can say is, A&E is a joke and so is their radio ad. If you're going to make negative noise about your competitors, be ready to prove it. Again, your customer service and office reception staff is a joke. I'm so glad I didn't sit around waiting for you.
