Still under the one year warranty and they just can't get it right. Lost time from work, numerous phone calls with promises by PS to expedite and all they needed to do was COMMUNICATE with the technician. He would have shown up with the belt on the second service call!!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM Pacific Sales. I thought the mishap on the installation was a fluke (left a washer out of the connecting hose!). Now we have this issue and repeated returns over a simple broken belt!!!! If this is really all that is wrong with the dryer. Going back to Sears or Lowes. Very expensive lesson!

We chose the Calatta Bulgari, it had the gold and vines that was not overwhelming, it's very pretty. We were able to choose a countertop for our island, but it was stored in the back and covered in plastic. Even when it was pulled out slightly, we didn't get a full, close-up view. In hindsight, I wish they had used a lift to bring it out into better lighting, like outside, so we could properly inspect it. After installation, we noticed several manufacturing imperfections that weren't visible at the time, along with a small cracked area that I didn't know about and our contractor didn't communicate during pickup. Overall, the selection and convenience were great, but I would strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting materials in proper lighting before finalizing your choice.

So when I had to reach back out to her, I kept her know the information she provided wasn't right that I talked to someone else who was able to get me the right info but that because I was dealing with her that I would have to wait for her. She pretty much told me that the info she gave me was correct and if someone else is telling me something different that isnt true that I can just go work with them instead. When you first walk in, the store doesn't look that big, but there's tons of stuff there and the store has a back part, too, aside from where the customers are. The guys who work there are very knowledgeable and friendly. It looks like FPS is a favorite of a lot of plumbing companies around town, as I've seen a lot of names (of local plumbing companies) on customer's shirts while we've been there.
