This place my husband found online was very close to home, which made it super convenient. They had a wide variety of selections, including cabinets, which we really appreciated. We chose the Calatta Bulgari, it had the gold and vines that was not overwhelming, it's very pretty. We were able to choose a countertop for our island, but it was stored in the back and covered in plastic. Even when it was pulled out slightly, we didn't get a full, close-up view. In hindsight, I wish they had used a lift to bring it out into better lighting, like outside, so we could properly inspect it. After installation, we noticed several manufacturing imperfections that weren't visible at the time, along with a small cracked area that I didn't know about and our contractor didn't communicate during pickup. Overall, the selection and convenience were great, but I would strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting materials in proper lighting before finalizing your choice. read more

I just redid My kitchen, quarts countertops with shaker white cabinets. Bought everything through Apex. They were fantastic. I've done this before in a different house and never had the type of service I got from Apex. Prices were fantastic and they were spot on with everything. Bought Galaxy White granite from this guys and colors don't match. We went to pick it up the first time and the colors were really off, one almost looked green. I recently just got our kitchen renovated and thanks to all the staff here they made it possible. They helped me picked the right pieces to match our kitchen, a dope ass sink and a faucet! Also, one of the guys that works there helped me look for a contractor that could help me install our new granite and he did such a great job as well. Very nice man. I got a new set of kitchen cabinets. I have big deep drawers for all my bottom cabinets and they work great. I also got my granite, drawer pulls, deep stainless steel sink and faucet there as well. Apex has the prettiest stone and the best service in town. I've worked with several local suppliers of stone slab and prefab pieces, and Apex is my favorite. This was going to be the easiest sale APEX was going to make...... I went to the showroom and immediately fell in love with the calacatta marmo, and asked (the Hmong girl) if there was a small sample I could borrow to take home. I was informed that they did not carry samples of this particular product because even broken pieces were still useable for them. She suggested that I bring my flooring, shower tile, vanity color, etc. to the showroom to see if the colors worked. That has to be one of the most ridiculous suggestions I have ever heard. The whole point of borrowing a sample is to see how the product looks in MY house with MY lighting, paint color, furniture.... How can they expect anyone to fork over hundreds of dollars without actually seeing if it works with the house?? I then asked if she would take down my name and phone number in case she came across a sample, and I was told no. I don't know if the person I dealt with is new or just lazy, but I will let all of my family and friends know don't waste your time here - THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! read more

Overall, very nice people if there are no glitches in the order. In my case, I ordered a replacement part for my kitchen faucet, which was seriously leaking. Julia, in Clovis, with whom I first spoke was great. She found the part needed, sent me a picture of what to expect, and shipped it on its way. However, when received, the part itself was missing a part. By this time, my existing faucet had been disassembled. I called right away to report the issue. I spoke to three people. No one wanted to take responsibility for their error. I was charged a $10.00 shipping charge for a $14.00 part when the actual shipping cost was only on $.68 cents with USPS as noted on the package. The part was finally resent with an expected delivery date on Thursday, but not delivered. Finally, on Monday, I myself had to track the package down as the people at APEX said there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing service. Hence, the 2 stars. Had things gone has I initially thought, my experience would have resulted in a 4 star review. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. We were told they would hold granite for us. project took longer than expected but the sales woman called several times to check in and kept telling us it was okay. Finally ready for granite and are told sales woman no longer works there, we had 30 days to pick up, they no longer carry product and don't have to refund money.
