I spoke with Kevin for an initial consultation, and he took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly while providing a clear and reasonable fee estimate. He made the onboarding process simple by sending access to their secure client portal for document uploads. We later met in person, and Kevin walked through my return step-by-step, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. He asked thoughtful follow-up questions that ultimately resulted in a better outcome on my return. He also shared a bit about his family and background, which made the experience feel personal and comfortable -- something I really value when discussing finances. The office itself is spotless, with ample parking, and conveniently located near several great restaurants if you want to grab a meal before or after your appointment. We are minimalists but with nice tastes, and Micaiah designed our home to just that. My husband and I are not rich people, so he made renderings that are to be either used right away, or done at a later date to help spread our money out. He not only does the design and renderings, but he helped us find our floor guy (and we love our floors!), furniture, shades, paint, etc. He knew we are on a budget, so he worked with our budget to find things that are affordable and sustainable. Since we had been with our previous alarm company for over 20 years, we were just going to call them. But since we wanted to upgrade our system, I decided I should look them up on Yelp for reviews. Finally found them... with 2 stars, and all sorts of bad reviews! So started to look for another company. We like to support local businesses, and found Eagle Eye LG Security with Amer! What a blessing. He contacted us right away. He showed up at the appointed time. We were very pleased with his approach and suggestions. We set up for the following week for him to upgrade our system. Again, he showed up on time, and got to work. What he found was that our previous alarm company was not receiving anything from our alarm. We would set it whenever we'd leave, hear the 60 second delay, and figure we were protected. So we were paying our bill monthly, and not receiving any protection. We figured it had been 2-3 years! Our system was old, but Amer didn't try to upcharge us for any of the headaches he had to work with. It took a lot of investigation on Amer's part. Thankfully he's been doing this for a very long time. He knew the old components, and knew how to work with them, and what wouldn't work with them! Thank you so much Amer for your work ethic, your knowledge and your integrity. It is much appreciated, and I'm sorry it's taken me so long to get this posted.
