The store looks small from the outside and like it might be just like every third packie on the north shore - lots of beers and nothing much to remember it by. Book, cover. Me, judging. Decent selection of wine. Lots more reds than whites. I found a wine the other night Campanile, Pinot Grigio, for about $10.99, from Italy ('10) which tastes pretty good. The guy who stood behing the counter looked like an old skool meathead - turns out he is friendly, and able to answer my questions. He also has the red sox on in the background for those of whom want to keep up with the game... The one thing that they couldn't give me, that I wanted? Good looking limes. These are like the holy grail of liquor stores though, I usually have to keep looking til I find something worth buying - usually at the last of many stores. I'll be back here for sure.

So glad I did! They have a grand selection​ of high-end and affordable wines for everyone. The guy behind the counter answered any questions I had and was nice enough to explain the differences between reds in order for me to choose. I only found out about The Landing by taking the Salem Ferry. It wasn't open before my mid-morning…read moreferry trip, but it was open before an early evening sail on the When and If. And this place was busy! If I still lived here, I'd be here often. It's no Rockmore floating (RIP) but it's a close second. They have some light bites on the menu, but I wonder if you can order delivery. If not, that would be a good idea. There isn't a lot of shade, so be warned. Bartender was super friendly. My Tropical Splash was delicious and strong. I couldn't finish it before my sailing adventure. I'm looking forward to returning.

There's no indoors and if you want some shade you need to jockey around depending in the time of day to catch a piece of the shade that comes from the roof/umbrella over the big square bar. Everyone apparently says the same thing, hey how come you guys don't have any food. LOL we didn't ask but we were thinking it. Bilut 5he beers are wicked cold and they can make you about cocktail you can thing of, maybe not an Alabama slammer but most anything really. I heard they have music on Friday nights, but not sure wherebotlr how but the prices are terrible and it's a nice view and your outdoor so that's all a good thing. Yes we discovered it while just knocking around the waterfront but this is a obviously good place to stop for a cocktail by before or after riding the ferry to or from Boston. Cheers

I get it home and notice there's a weird gold circle sticker on the back. I peel it up and it says " for the UK market"! I then check the abv, and it's 40%. American market is 45%. This is a classic bait and switch and extremely dishonest. The owner should give me my money back, take the gold stickers off and sell it for what it is, Buffalo Trace Lite. Shameful.

I had been searching for some harder-to-find bourbons when I found them online at Lighthouse. I called, confirmed the product availability, and inquired about pricing. I live quite a ways away, but excitedly drove to the store to pick up the items. Upon arrival, I found that the shelf- and system-listed prices differed from what I was quoted on the phone. When I brought this to the management's attention, I was extremely pleasantly surprised to receive a sympathetic response and appropriate price adjustment. As a first time customer, this immediate accommodation was only that much more impressive. I just wanted to say 'thank you' for making things right and for earning my business moving forward.
